미용고등학교 학생들의 자기효능감이 진로준비행동 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 미용고등학교 학생들의 자기효능감이 그들의 진로준비행동 및 진로결정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 향후 미용고등학교 학생들의 자기효능감에 따른 진로준비행동이나 진로결정과 같은 진로의 선택과 만족에 대한 문제점과 함께 개선 방향을 모색 하는데 의의를 두고자 한다. 본 연구를 위하여 미용과가 개설되어 운영되고 있는 실업계 고등학교 가운데 경기도에 소재한 2곳의 미용전공생과 충청도에 소재한 2곳의 미용전공생 1학년, 2학년, 3학년 380명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구자는 지금의 미용교육은 교육기관의 양적증가에 비해 질적 향상이 함께 이루어지지 않는다는 생각을 바탕으로 논제를 정하게 되었다. 교육기관의 미용학과 개설이 미용 산업의 위상을 높아지게 하는데 큰 역할을 하였다는 것은 미용학과가 개설되기 전부터 현업에 종사하던 사람이라면 누구나 그로인한 긍정적 영향을 받았을 것이라고 생각한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재 많은 미용전공자들은 취업에 의지가 없거나 취업 후에도 타 직종으로 전환하는 이직률이 높아 산업체의 인력난은 계속되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 미용전공자들이 전공에 대한 낮은 인지도를 가지고 있으며, 사회적으로도 낮은 지지도를 차지하고 있음을 뒷받침 해주고 있다. 이러한 사회의 인식은 미용전공 학생들에게 위축감을 갖게 할 것이며, 특히 아직 진로에 대한 미성숙한 단계에 있는 미용고등학교 학생들에게는 전공에 대한 부정적인 인식을 심어주기에 충분한 조건이 된다고 사료 되며, 이는 곧 학생들의 자기효능감에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 판단하였다. 자기효능감이란, 주어진 상황에서 어떤 특정한 행동이나 능력에 대한 개인의 판단 또는 신념을 의미하는 것으로서 개인의 행동 목표, 의도, 성과기대에 영향을 미치며, 다양한 행동적인 성과를 예측하고 학업성취, 운동영역수행, 건강관련행위, 일상적인 의사결정 등 다양한 영역에서의 수행과 관련되는 것으로 밝혀져 있다(김진숙, 2013, p.1348). 사회지지도나 인식이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 관한 선행 논문들은 분야를 막론하고 끊임없이 연구되어 발표되고 있다. 교육의 질적 수준향상의 가장 첫 번째는 교육수요자들의 마음가짐과 자세라고 생각한다. 이 또한 교육과정에 임하는 학생들의 자기효능감과 무관하지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 미용고등학교 학생들의 자기효능감이 진로결정 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 조사로 변수와 변수 사이의 상관관계와 연구대상자들의 배경요인에 따른 변수의 차이가 있다는 것을 밝히고자 하였으며, 부분적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과가 미용고등학교 학생들의 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 기초적인 자료의 역할이 될 수 있을 것이라고 기대해 보는 바이다.

Beauty and a sense of self-efficacy of high school students prepare for the course and its impact on behaviour and career decisions

In this study, the beauty of their high school students' self-efficacy in career decision making and career preparation behavior to reveal any influence purpose. The beauty of high school students' self-efficacy, such as career preparation behavior and career decisions about career choices and satisfaction with problems and seek to improve the significance of the direction of the left parties. In this study, two vocational high schools located in Seoul, where the beauty and vocational high school students at two locations in the Chungcheong and beauty students, 1, 2, 3 year target of 380 people conducted a questionnaire survey. Beauty and the establishment of institutions for higher phase of the beauty industry, which was a big role in what we would all admit that. However, many current students and willingness to work on the transition to another job or career after high turnover in the industry is continuing shortages. This phenomenon is low awareness about cosmetic majors who have studied and socially to support accounts for the low approval ratings. Recognize the beauty of this community who majors for careers in the immature stage for major cosmetic negative perceptions high school students to inculcate the idea that a sufficient condition, which affects students' self-efficacy. What is self-efficacy, Ability of any particular action in a given situation or for a personal judgment or belief as to the meaning of an individual's behavioral objectives, intentions and expectations affect performance, and predict a variety of behavioral and academic achievement, exercise area, performing health-related behaviors day-to-day decision-making in a variety of areas such as been identified related to the performance (Kim Djinsuk, 2013, p.1348). Major research papers in the field of self-efficacy on the effects of social support and awareness are constantly being released, regardless. In the first place of education to improve the quality of education that I think it is in the minds of consumers. It is also working on the curriculum and students' self-efficacy are not independent . In this study, high school students' career decision self-efficacy , and said the study variables and differences in background factors and variables for the effect of the correlation between the preparation of the action research experience of beauty, partly showed significant results . The results of this study of beauty school students to increase self-efficacy in the development of training programs that can serve as the basic data would expect to see Korea.
