의료기관의 홈페이지를 이용한 통합예약시스템의 연구

Abstract

A Major purpose of integrated appointment system, as a core infrastructure in the hospital operations, is for providing various forms of business process in a real time. In addition, by integrating the Internet technology into the medical information system, it is able to enhance the patient's level of convenience and satisfaction. However most of the current integrated medical information systems tend to be unsatisfactory with the provision of the Internet Services which the client patients demand. This paper is for the idea and implementation a patient appointment system with the Internet basis co-operated with the Integrated Medical Information System. Because varied appointment systems are used in each department, there are lots of confusion and hardship in peforming works. Therefore analyzed various appointment systems of each department, and so planed to integrate all appointment system in the hospital. Also I hope to make this integrated appointment system with internet service be conveniently used by patients.
