Abstract

This thesis handle a details regulations of DUI(driving under the influence drugs) and try to find out about indication the extent to drugs though laws to regulate, the procedures and processes of determine whether or not taking medicine, the actual regulation condition of foreign DUI(driving under the influence drugs), and the control method of DUI(driving under the influence drugs). Also, increasing in DUI(driving under the influence drugs) accidents of taking medicine, this thesis aims to prepare the control plans of practical DUI(driving under the influence drugs) and the appropriate regulation plans in our country through a case study reported by the press.
