北韓 核 테러리즘 可能性 分析과 對應戰略에 관한 硏究

Abstract

In international society, North Korea is pointed as the country that holds nuclear arms. North Korea is the only communist country which has taken hereditary system in the world. also has maintained a cease-fire during 60 years. These situations threaten a national security as well as Korean Peninsula. It is assumed that North Korea which carried out a nuclear test has 8 to 10 nuclear weapons. It makes that we cannot deny the possibility of nuclear attacks. The possibility that terrorists in the world like North Korea destroy nuclear installations to use nuclear substance is quite high, in considering the social situation of North Korea and relation between Korea Peninsula and the world. However, it is not that serious to consider a counter measure, because North Korea has not shown the examples of national threaten. After terror 9.11, International society have done the best to save the world from terrorism and it builds up a international mutual-assistance system through 2010 nuclear safeguard summit conference. At this point, we should consider a counter measure against modern terrorism and try to form international relation firmly.
