南·北韓 임꺽정의 扮裝에 관한 比較

Abstract

남·북한은 분단 50여년 동안 서로 다른 체제가 지속되면서 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 각 분야에서 대립 및 이질화가 심화되어 왔다. 이와 같은 현실에서 우리민족의 필연적 과제인 민족 재통합을 이루기 위해서는 무엇보다도 남·북간에 누적된 이질성을 극복하고 민족 동질성을 회복하여 통합에 따른 부작용을 최소화하는 것이 선행되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 남·북한의 영상물에 대한 비교를 목적으로 남·북한 영상물 중 남한의 공중파에서 방송되었던 남·북한 임꺽정을 주된 연구대상으로 하고 소설 임꺽정을 참조하였으며 영상물 임꺽정의 [봉단편], [피장편], [양반편], [의형제]편까지 본 논문의 범위를 잡았다. 남한의 임꺽정은 원작 소설의 진행순서에 따라 제작이 되었으나, 북한의 임꺽정은 의형제 편부터 제작되었기 때문이다. 우선 남·북한 영상물 중 방송에 대한 개념 차이를 살펴보고, 소설 임꺽정을 통해 등장 인물들의 내적, 외적인 면들을 연구하고, 영상물 속의 등장 인물들에 대해서는 시각적으로 보여 지는 성격, 신분, 환경 등에 의해, 처한 상황을 중심으로 분장디자인과 분장의 테크닉 등을 연구하였다. 남한의 분장에 대한 정의는 배우를 극본이 요구하는 인물화 하기 위해 시대, 연령, 상황에 맞게 표현하는 외적 시각적 표현 수단이다. 북한에서의 분장에 대한 정의는 '배우가 창조하는 인물의 모습을 조형적으로 살려내는 성격창조의 예술이다'라고 김정일의 교시에 의해 명시되어 있다. 앞의 연구 내용을 바탕으로 남·북한 임꺽정의 등장 인물에 대한 외형적 이미지와 분장디자인 ,분장 테크닉 등을 비교연구 한 결과, 남한의 임꺽정에서는 일반적인 분장의 개념에 충실히 하여, 미학적인 측면과 극중 배역을 표현하기 위해서 다양한 재료와 고증 자료들을 연구하여 분장디자인과, 분장 시술을 한다. 한 예로 거친 수염 분장을 할 때에는 인조사, 생사 등을 사용하여 직접 붙이기를 하였고 상처 분장 등에는 외국의 분장 재료들이 다양하게 사용되었다. 그러나 다양한 표현방법, 여러 종류의 재료가 극중 배역을 살리는데 최상의 방법이 아니라 배역의 삶과 처한 상황 등이 더욱 중요한 것이라는 것을 재차 확인하게 되었다. 북한의 임꺽정에서는 김정일의 분장에 대한 교시에 따라서 배우를 등장인물화 하고, 등장 인물들의 사회적 지위에 따라 외형적 표현방식이나 사고의 차이가 다르게 표현되며 특히 양반, 그리고 재산을 많이 갖은 평민들에 대해서는 편견을 갖고 보는 부분들이 등장 인물들의 분장에서 시각적으로 보여 진다. 이러한 이유는 원작의 내용이 임꺽정을 비롯한 천민계급(프롤레타리아 계급)이 귀족계급(부르조아 계급)을 타파한다는 계급 투쟁 이념과 일맥상통한다는 점에 착안하여 이른바 (압박이 있는 곳에 반드시 반란이 있게 된다는 투쟁의 진리)를 묘사했다는 것이 북한 당국의 영화에 대한 설명이다. 그래서 평민과 천민 계급들에 대해서는 사실적이며 지배계층에 의해 지배당하는 모습들을 집중적으로 보여주는 것이다. 남·북의 사상과 이념의 차이 때문에 사회적인 계층의 분류에 따라 가시적으로 들어 나는 극중배역의 외형적 특징들에 대해서 분석하였다. 영상 물에서 사상과 이념의 차이가 존재하는 이유는 당에 의해 종속되고 당의 유일 관리제 원칙에 따라 영상물 제작이 이루어지기 때문일 것이다. 이러한 부분을 제외한 문화교류가 우선 이루어져야 할 것이다. 남·북 통일 시 야기될 문제점들을 최소화하기 위해서는 이념적인 분야가 아닌 촬영, 조명, 분장 등 영상물의 관련 분야에 대한 공동연구를 하거나 또는 예술적 표현방법을 상호 교류하여 미래를 대비하는 것이 선결되어야 할 것이다.|While mutual different systems continued for 50 years or so, of division in South Korea and North Korea, opposition and heterogeneity have been deepened in each field such a s politics, economy, society and culture etc. So as to achieve the race reunification, which is the inevitable subject of our race in this actuality, it should precede to minimize the side effect to be based on unification by overcoming the heterogeneity accumulated in South Korea and North Korea and restoring the homogeneity of race above all. In this study, this researcher made Lim, Kkeog Jeong in South Korea and North Korea which was broadcasted in the airwave of South Korea out of the image material of South Korea and North Korea and referred to nove. Lim, KKeog Jeong for the purpose of comparing the image materials in South Korea and North Korea and made [Bongdan Piece], [Retreat Piece], [Yangban Piece], and [Sworn Brothers Piece] of image materials by Lim, Kkeong Jeong of the extent of this thesis. Because Lim, KKeong Jeong of South Korea was manufactured in accordance with the progression order of original novel but Lim, KKeong Jeong of North Korea was manufactured from [Sworn Brothers] Piece. First, this researcher examined the concept difference about the image material of South Korea and North Korea, studied the innerand outer sides of characters through novel, Lim, KKeong Jeong, and studied make-up design and make-up technique etc. around the situation to be placed by the character, social position and environment etc. to be shown visually about the characters in image materials. As for the definition for the make-up of South Korea, it is the outer visual expression means to express actors suitably for period, age, and situation so as to make them of the characters that playbook demands. As for the definition about make-up in North Korea, it is being specified that it is the art of character creation to give life to the form of character that actors create plastically. By the instruction of Kim, Jeong IL. As the result that this researcher compared and studied the external image, make-up design and make-up technique etc. about the characters of Lim, Kkeog Jeong of South Korea and North Korea on the basis of above study contents, this researcher tried direct attaching by using artificial yarn etc. in rough make-up and used the make-up materials of foreign country diversely in equipment make-up etc. so as to express the aesthetic side and the cast in play by being faithful to the general concept of makeup in Lim, KKeong Jeong of South Korea. But, this researcher came to discover that diverse expression methods and various kinds of materials are not the best method for giving life to the case in play but the life of case and the situation to be placed etc. are more important things. In Lim, Kkeong Jeong of North Korea, actors were made of characters in accordance with the instruction of Kim, Jeong Il about makeup, external expression method or thinking difference are expressed differently in accordance with the social position of characters, and the parts to see with prejudice are seen visually in the make-up of characters about the nobility and the commoners to have much fortune. On the contrary, about the general commoners and the classes below commoners, realistically forms to be ruled by the governing class are shown intensively. Because of the difference of thought and idea of South Korea and North Korea, this researchers analyzed the external features of the case in play, which are revealed visually by the classification of social stratum. So as to minimize the points at issued which will be caused at the time of unification of South Korea and North Korea, it will have to be decided to provide for future by doing the joint study about the technique related to the image materials such a s photography, illumination and make-up etc. which are not idea field or exchanging technique mutually.
