- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 특급호텔에 근무하는 조리사가 지각하는 임파워먼트 정도를 실증적으로 파악하여 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로서 향후의 보다 효율적인 호텔 조리종사원의 임파워먼트 활용 방안들에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
