폐광산 주변 환경피해 복원 우선순위 선정지원 시스템에 관한 연구

Abstract
In general, mines have mine hazard which endangers human health long after the closure, Korean government has been carrying out mine reclamation. However Korea government’s basic master plan would not be proceeded in their destined orders so popular complaint about not protecting their health is frequently issued. Also the press and news media deal with the mine hazard problems seriously, but the limited budgets would not satisfy the people’s need, so the central and local government is worried about it.
For the mitigation of this problem, the reliable priority order method for the mine hazard evaluation needs to be suggested.
In the establishment of the mine reclamation plan, the criterion is different for the metallic and non-metallic or coal mines and also for currently operating and abandoned mine.
In this study the problems of the present basic master plan is surveyed and the criteria for the priority order was suggested as follows.
All-items indexes categorized as 3 items, sections, divisions, groups. Sections include ①Main factors of mine hazards(Main factors have a effects owing to mine types) ②Mine hazard contamination degree(Quantitative factors, such as risks and accident probability) ③Environmental influencing area ④Reflections of political measures and administration ⑤Cost benefit analysis ⑥Judgment Sampling. Divisions include in every mine hazard types ⒜mine tailings ⒝Spoiled soil ⒞Wastewater ⒟Geotechnical subsidence ⒠Waste rock and ruined forestry ⒡Waste facilities. Groups include items of research on the actual condition for the evaluation of mine hazards. In the future the weight values will be given according to multi-decision making AHP methods.
Using vast investigation data of actual condition, simulation for the project scale, project duration and project cost was executed and system design and basic architecture was deduced.
