中學校 男女共學 混性學級 運營의 敎育 效果性에 대한 硏究
- Abstract
- This study intended to identify the educational effectiveness of coeducational class in middle school. To make a conclusion, carried out both of theoretical study and question survey. As a condensation of this study are ;
Firstly, mixed class was preferenced both of teachers and students in the position of educational effectiveness, especially teachers preference ratio was higher than students. It became clear of educational effectiveness for mixed class.
Secondly, both of teachers and students shown high response in the point of practical attitude and the operation of mixed class was more effective on the practical education in middle school.
Thirdly, both of teachers and students also sown positive and high preference of mixed class in the point of emotional development. It may reflection of teachers opinion which enforced in education of humanity than knowledge input.
Fourthly, in the side of friendship between the sexes, both of teacher and students preferenced, particularly student group points was higher than teachers. It makes know that the student had most interesting in friendship with a different surname. Teachers positive view were understood that mixed class made inclease mutual understanding each others. Otherwise the reason of negative were pointed the difficulties of educational curriculum. The ability between sexes was denied and it didn't recognized of differency of sexes ability.
Fifthly, for the effective and reasonable operating method of mixed class, it need to develop of applicable programs. Otherwise even most school had emphasis to counselling for their students but the teachers response was still negativeness. It seems to asked of a reform measure for this problem. About 80% of responser has point as unconvenienced factor to locker room in school. Thus it need to keep enought facilities which concern. Most practical problem were the connection with a different surname. In case of the teacher pay attention for friendship between sexes in the mixed class, we believe that the effectiveness from this mixed class would be much higher.
