주민자치센터 프로그램 이용만족도에 관한 실증적 연구
- Abstract
- This study aims at inquiring into the community center program uses and satisfaction for sound leisure life and settlement of life sports in community, not to speak of the promotion of local resident's health, one of community center functions. For this, it made a survey with mem and women over twenty years old used community centers of Seongbuk ward from October 21st to October 30th, 2006 to analyze data of total 220 copies.
The results were as follows:
First, the use of community center program showed that many residents made first use of community center through publicity of village offices or a ward office, guessing that the distance to home or cheap expenses was of help in using community centers without burdens as a program that enjoys culture and makes much of leisure time's application.
Second, general use satisfaction of community center showed that 'distance and traffic', 'help to leisure time', 'observance of lectures' and 'kindness of the officer' were the highest for facility satisfaction, program satisfaction, lecturer's professionalism, and service support, respectively, which satisfaction with lecturer or service was the highest generally.
Third, program satisfaction of community center showed that 'yoga', 'national features classroom', 'Chinese writing lecture', 'calligraphy', 'herb medical treatment' and 'Korean dance' were the highest for life sports, recreation, cultural lecture, hobby classroom, welfare classroom and culture classroom, respectively, which satisfaction with culture or hobby classroom was the highest generally.
Fourth, the relationship between each use satisfaction of community center showed that satisfaction with facilities was significantly positive correlation between satisfaction with service support, and satisfaction with program was also significantly positive correlation between satisfaction with lecturer professionalism and satisfaction with service support. Even though there was no difference between satisfaction with use and program of community center according to demographical characteristics, presentation of various program needed for higher efficiency or satisfaction with regard to users' sex or occupation, religion and monthly income, given women's participation or satisfaction was generally high.
Considering the above results, it indicated that more many local residents would again make use of community center, if improvement of community center program, and persuasion, recommendation and proposal of use to them for its activation raised satisfaction with use of it as satisfaction with use of its program had mutual relation to an attitude after the use.
Consequently, it has to develop various programs of resident benefit and welfare fields, and community promotion field with instructors' professionalism for development of community in the future, and increase from housewife-centered programs to the aged-centered programs by an aging tendency and male-centered programs by retirement as many programs make up programs that can enjoy the leisure or cultural life. In addition, for satisfaction with various desires through development of program suited to local characteristic, their participation in and satisfaction with the program will increase.
