자동차 제조업 근로자의 작업위험 및 건강문제와 전신피로 및 근골격계 통증 영향 요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 1) 자동차 제조업 사무직과 생산직 근로자의 작업위험요인 및 건강 관련 특성 비교, 2) 생산직 근로자의 전신피로 및 근골격계 통증 영향 요인에 관한 분석을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 한국산업안전보건공단에서 실시한 제 5차 근로환경조사에서 사무직과 생산직 비교 829명, 생산직 상용근로자 446명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 검정, ANOVA 검정, 이항 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 사용하여 위험요인 노출 시간, 건강 관련 특성, 전신피로 및 근골격계 통증 차이를 분석하였다. 첫 번째 주제인 자동차 제조업 사무직과 생산직 근로자의 작업위험요인 및 건강 관련 특성 비교 결과 생산직 근로자가 사무직 근로자 보다 위험요인 노출이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 생산직 근로자가 사무직 근로자 보다 건강 문제, 근골격계 통증 호소도 비율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 생산직 근로자를 대상으로 분석한 두 번째 주제인 자동차 제조업 생산직 근로자의 전신피로 및 근골격계 통증 영향 요인에 관한 연구 결과 위험요인 노출 시간에 따른 전신피로 및 근골격계 통증 호소자 분포에서 일부 위험요인을 제외하고 노출 시간이 증가함에 따라 호소자가 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 또한 이항 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 수행한 결과에서 위험요인에 4시간 이상 노출된 근로자가 2시간 미만 노출된 근로자보다 전신피로 및 근골격계 통증을 호소할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 자동차 제조업 사무직과 생산직 근로자의 작업상의 위험요인과 건강 관련 문제에 관한 자각증상 분석과 생산직 근로자의 전신피로 및 근골격계 통증에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 기초자료로 의미가 있을 것으로 여겨진다. |The purpose of this study is to 1) Comparison of Occupational Risk Factors and Health-related Problems between Office Workers and Production Workers in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry, 2) A study on the factors influencing overall fatigue and musculoskeletal pains in automobile manufacturing production workers. This study selected 829 office workers and production workers and 446 regular production workers in the 5th working environment survey conducted by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. This study analyzes risk factor exposure time, health-related characteristics, systemic fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain differences using test, ANOVA test and binomial logistic regression analysis. The first topic, Comparison of Occupational Risk Factors and Health-related Problems between Office Workers and Production Workers in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry showed that production workers were more exposed to risk factors than office workers, and production workers were more likely to complain of health problems and musculoskeletal pain. Therefore the second topic analyzed for production workers, A study on the factors influencing overall fatigue and musculoskeletal pains in automobile manufacturing production workers, showed that the number of complainants tended to increase as the exposure time increased, excluding some risk factors, in the distribution of overall fatigue and musculoskeletal pains complainants according to the exposure time of risk factors. In addition, binomial logistic regression analysis also showed that workers exposed to risk factors for more than 4 hours are more likely to complain of overall fatigue and musculoskeletal pains than workers exposed for less than 2 hours. As a result of this study, first, analysis of observable symptoms regarding work risk factors and health-related problems of office workers and production workers in the automobile manufacturing industry. Second, it is believed that it will be meaningful as basic data on factors affecting overall fatigue and musculoskeletal pains of production workers.
