兒童保育施設의 放課後 프로그램 活性化 方案에 관한 硏究
- Abstract
- After school hours the guidance of child helps a working couple, widower and widow work in employ and it is a prerequisite to protect their children safely.
We feel keenly the necessity of program for guidance of child after school hours in point of the children's welfare and a support for such families which have to bring up children without an adult guardian to take care of at home after school hours from a facilities, elementary school and private general facilities.
The special education, guidance of learning, homework, computer arts and so forth is practiced in a nursery facilities in order to take care of primary-school child after school hours during the absence of the parents. The business for a child guidance after school hours is in force by the approval system of the authorities in order that women may participate in positive social activity to enlarge a social participation of women. Although it made the diversified institutional device in order to activate by changing it a license system, yet it did not establish properly.
This study is to present the basic material for a plan of childcare activation in future to study the actual conditions and problems of children program after school hours.
A research task is as in the following in order to attain a purpose of this study.
1. What is a general matter of the investigative object and an operational condition of the organization?
2. It understands the present condition of program.
-What is an actual use condition of the subject of study?
-What is nursery teacher's recognition of program operation?
-What is an actual condition of the program operation?
-What is present condition of a nursery teacher, a propriety of teacher after school hours and satisfactory degree of teacher's duties?
3. What are problems of program operation and plans of the improvement?
This study drawn up a questionnaire centering around a nursery teacher charged of a selected operational authorities proceeding with a program after school hours to make a nersery facilities of Guro-gu local government and those of private side in Guro-gu an object of scientific study.
A questionnaire was analyzed to use SPSS WIN 10.0 which is a statistical packcage of social science.
The method of analysis investigated to use analysis of and that of crossing and One-way ANOVA in order to analyzed a general to content of question.
This study could not help setting limits to generalize a result of study owing to investigation to select the special area called Guro-gu, Seoul.
As for the application for childcare program after school hours from the result of this study, it shows that all the childcare facilities of Guro-gu local government and those of private side in Guro-gu lack the capacity of accommodation and the rate of practical use is low in operation of the program for a social development and a safe protection of children and we could find out that it needs to develope various program in the actual condition of program operations.
In the result of study to satisfying degree of teacher's job a lot of problems have been pointed out concerning a dissatisfaction of a wage level and lack of teacher in charge.
Investigating on the basis of the result of the above study. it seems that they has but a feeble grip the present situation even authorities of childcare program enforcement after school hours in Korea yet, accordingly we will have to establish an investigation and a plan in order to grip some problems and the pre concrete situation for the authorities enforced the childcare after school hours as well as childcare facilities.
