사회복지사의 소진에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data in order to present its countermeasure, finding out some factors to have an effect on the degree of a social worker's burnout experience on service in social welfare community center, and preventing a social worker from burnout to clarify the factors of individual character, client and work environment to be caused by them.
This study has investigated to apply to the social workers on service in the Seoul Social Welfare community center with the systematized form of questionnaire. And the period of collection was from May 17, 2001 - to May 25. 2001, collected 119 copies except five copies of insincerity of all the 124 copies and used actually in analysis with SPSS-WIN.
The respondent's general character has used an analysis of frequency. And One-way(ANOBA) and T-test was used to find out the relations to the respondent's general character and their burnout. Also, the multiple regression analysis was used to find out a variable to have an effect on a social worker's burnout.
The study result is as in the followings,
First, More quantity of job, conflict of role and indistinctness of role extremely has more increased the degree of the burnout experience.
It shows that this is related to the social worker's specialization.
Also it shows that the friendly relations to a client or the time of invest etc., is related to the social workers' specialization.
Second, The degree of the burnout experience is deeply related to challenge or comfort.
Especially, It shows that the degree of the burnout experience is closely related to the social worker's challenging consciousness. And especially, the social workers who is burned out will be lost the challenging consciousness and they will be repeatedly caught in a strongly vicious circle of the burning out.
Third, The degree of the burnout experience of the social workers was not greatly related to the outer conditions due to profoundness or number of the client problems and so on.
However, more spending of invest time for interview and consultation or the degree of inter-friendship to client, lower was the degree of the burnout experience of the social workers, that is, it shows that the clients is a reason of the social worker' existence.
It shows that the rappo formed in the process of the problem settlement gives the social worker a new vital power, therefore, it shows that the manner to invest for such a matter is an urgent problem to the social workers.
However, if the other various duties of non-specialization to them would increased, their time for the relationships to their clients would be reduced, accordingly, the degree of the burnout experience of the social workers will be increased.
Forth, The degree of the burnout experience by the social science characteries of population shows a difference of signification upon marriage, religion, position and years.
Fifth, Higher degree of job satisfaction, lower is the degree of the burnout experience. therefore, it shows that the job satisfaction and burnout has a positive interrelation.
