북한이탈주민의 디지털서비스 활용이 일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 디지털 서비스 활용이 일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 디지털 조력의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 연구 대상은 한국지능정보사회진흥원의 ‘2023년 디지털정보격차 실태조사’에서 북한이탈주민의 원자료를 활용하여 선정된 700명의 표본이다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 모바일 기반 디지털 서비스 활용은 북한이탈주민의 일상 생활 만족도에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지 털조력은 일상생활 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 디지털조력은 디지털서비스 활용과 일상생활 만족도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었 다. 넷째, 성별과 연령대와 같은 인구통계학적 요인은 디지털서비스 활용 및 일상생활 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 젊은 연령대일수록 높은 활용 수준과 만족도를 보였다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 디지털 정보화 수준 향상과 삶의 질 개선을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하며, 향후 이들의 사회적 통합을 위한 디지털 지원 정책 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.| This study aims to analyze the impact of digital service utilization on the daily life satisfaction of North Korean defectors and to verify the mediating effect of digital assistance in this process. The research subjects were 700 North Korean defectors selected from the raw data of the '2023 Digital Information Gap Survey' conducted by the National Information Society Agency of Korea. The main research findings are as follows. First, mobile-based digital service utilization was found to have a significant positive effect on the daily life satisfaction of North Korean defectors. Second, digital assistance positively influenced daily life satisfaction. Third, digital assistance was confirmed to mediate the relationship between digital service utilization and daily life satisfaction. Fourth, demographic factors such as gender and age group had significant effects on digital service utilization and daily life satisfaction, with younger age groups showing higher levels of utilization and satisfaction. This study provides policy implications for improving the digital literacy level and quality of life of North Korean defectors, and can contribute to the development of digital support policies for their social integration in the future.
