뇌심혈관질환 예방을 위한 위험성평가

Abstract

고용노동부 조사에 따르면 국내 기업 중 15.2%가 교대근무를 하고 있는 것으로 조사되었으며 평균 근로시간은 OECD 국가 중 두 번째로 높은 순위를 차지하고 있다. 이 연구는 2009년부터 2013년까지 뇌심혈관질환으로 요양승인된 교대근로자와 현재 업무에 종사하고 있는 근로자의 건강진단 결과를 기초로 하였다. 건강진단 결과를 분석하여 WHO 분류기준에 따른 뇌심혈관질환 발병위험도평가에 대한 분별력을 검증하였다. 연구결과 요양승인자에 대한 평가등급이 정상인 경우가 전체의 83.4%를 차지하고 있어 현재 평가의 위험도 반영이 낮음을 보여주었고, 실태조사의 경우 업종별, 근무형태별, 근무시간별로 평가의 분포가 다르게 나타났다. 이에 WHO 평가방법론의 위험인자수를 조정하는 방법과 근무난이도 등급을 새로이 정의하여, WHO 평가결과와 위험성평가 매트릭스를 구성하는 새로운 위험도평가 방안을 제시하였다. 이 평가방법은 근무난이도가 상대적으로 높은 교대근로자와 장시간 근로자의 뇌심혈관질환 예방에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.|According to the survey from the ministry of employment & labor, 15.2% of domestic companies are doing shift work and their average working hour ranks second among OECD countries. This survey has been based on medical checkup examined to both group of people who have been approved as an industrial accident by cardiovascular disease from 2009 to 2013 and who are doing shift work at the moment. We have proved its discernment of assessment of cardiovascular disease by analysing the results of checkup with following WHO classification standard. This survey shows that risk assessment grades for the people who have been approved as an industrial accident by cardiovascular disease are lowly reflected to current assessment, as 83.4% of people were assessed as normal, and researches on the real condition show different distribution chart according to the type, shift pattern and hours of work. So we suggest two other ways of risk assessment which are to adjust risk factors for WHO assessment or to newly justify the grades of difficulty for work and compose WHO assessment result and risk assessment matrix. these ways could be used as a fundamental information to prevent shift workers having relatively high grades of difficulty for work and long hour workers from cardiovascular disease.
