기독교 무용의 실태와 발전방안

Abstract

본 연구는 기독교 무용 교육에 대한 13편의 연구논문을 5가지의 주제로 나누어 분석한 연구이다. 그동안의 기독교 무용은 단체의 수적인 증가로 기독교 무용인의 증가 면에서 양적인 발전을 이루어왔는데, 기독교 무용의 질적인 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다 체계적인 교육이 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 기독교 무용 교육 논문의 주제별 분석을 통해 기독교 무용의 실태를 알아보고 그를 바탕으로 기독교 무용의 발전방안을 모색하였다. 기독교 무용의 실태를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 교육기관의 측면에서는 신학 대학교 및 정식 대학교에 기독교 무용학부 과정 개설 미진, 기독교 무용 교육기관 안에서 연합의 부족 등이 있었다. 다음으로 교육과정 프로그램의 측면에서는 예술성과 대중성의 확장을 위한 교육과정 미비, 기독교 무용의 다양한 프로그램 미비 등이 있었다. 이어서 무용지도자의 리더십 측면에서 일반적으로 나타날 수 있는 문제점으로는 리더십의 결여 및 열정의 부재, 비체계적 지도 및 지나친 꾸중 등이 있었다. 또한 교육적 과제의 측면에서는 전문적인 기독교 무용 이론의 부족, 영성 훈련의 미비로 인한 영성의 부족, 신학 및 교육적 기반의 체계가 약함 등이 있었다. 마지막으로 활용 가치 및 가능성의 측면에서는 현대사회의 정신적 불안정 및 심리적 빈곤, 문화 및 공연예술로써의 활용 미진 등이 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 하여 기독교 무용의 발전을 위한 방안을 네 가지로 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기독교의 진리를 바탕으로 대학교 및 대학교 부설 교육기관을 중심으로 한 기독교 무용 교육기관이 보다 확장되고 굳건히 자리를 잡는 것이다. 둘째, 기독교 무용의 이론과 실기가 균형 잡힌 전문적이고 체계적인 기독교 무용 교육과정의 확립 및 기독교 무용 프로그램에 대한 연구와 개발이 더욱 활발히 이루어지는 것이다. 셋째, 교육적 과제로써는 무용과 신학, 무용과 영성, 예배 무용론, 기독교 무용사 등의 깊이 있는 기독교 무용 개념의 정립 및 말씀과 영성이 있는 기독교 무용 교육을 통해 전인적인 성장을 이루는 것이다. 넷째, 기독교적 리더십의 강화 및 양질의 기독교 무용 전문 지도자를 양성하기 위한 자격증 제도와 정기적인 워크샵을 통해 기독교적 리더십의 증진을 도모하는 것이다. 결론적으로 기독교 무용의 발전을 위하여 가장 우선시 되어야 할 것은 기독교 무용 교육의 발전이기에 대학을 중심으로 한 기독교 무용 교육기관의 확장과 체계적인 교육과정의 확립이 매우 중요하며 양질의 기독교 무용지도자 양성으로 다양한 교육적 과제를 이루어 가야 할 것이다. 이와 동시에, 일반인들에게도 다가갈 수 있는 전문성 및 예술성을 갖춘 보다 수준 높은 기독교 무용으로까지 나아갈 수 있어야 하겠다. 그리하면 기독교 무용이 양적 및 질적으로 더욱 활성화되어 교회의 예배나 문화행사 및 전도와 선교 등의 기독교 내 다양한 분야에서 더욱더 긍정적인 발전을 이룰 수 있으리라 본다. | This study is a study that analyzed 13 research papers on Christian dance education by dividing them into five topics. Until now, Christian dance has achieved quantitative development in terms of the increase in the number of Christian dancers due to the increase in the number of organizations, and systematic education is most important for the qualitative development of Christian dance. Therefore, through the analysis of Christian dance education papers by subject, the reality of Christian dance was investigated and a plan for the development of Christian dance was sought based on it. The results of examining the reality of Christian dance are as follows. First of all, in terms of educational institutions, there were insufficient opening of Christian dance department courses at seminaries and formal universities, and lack of associations within Christian dance education institutions. Next, in terms of curriculum programs, there were deficiencies in the curriculum to expand artistry and popularity, and deficiencies in various programs of Christian dance. Subsequently, problems that may generally appear in terms of leadership of dance leaders include lack of leadership and lack of enthusiasm, unsystematic guidance, and excessive scolding. In addition, in terms of educational tasks, there was a lack of professional Christian dance theory, a lack of spirituality due to a lack of spiritual training, and a weak system of theology and education. Finally, in terms of utilization value and possibility, there were mental instability and psychological poverty in modern society, and lack of use as a culture and performing arts, and based on this, four measures for the development of Christian dance are as follows. First, based on the truth of Christianity, Christian dance education institutions centered on universities and university-affiliated educational institutions are expanded and firmly established. Second, the establishment of a professional and systematic Christian dance curriculum in which the theory and practice of Christian dance are balanced, and research and development of Christian dance programs are more actively conducted. Third, the educational task is to achieve holistic growth through the establishment of in-depth Christian dance concepts such as dance and theology, dance and spirituality, worship dance theory, and Christian dance education with Bible words and spirituality. Fourth, it is to promote Christian leadership through a certification system and regular workshops to strengthen Christian leadership and cultivate high-quality Christian dance professional leaders. In conclusion, the first priority for the development of Christian dance is the development of Christian dance education, so it is very important to expand Christian dance education institutions centered on universities and establish a systematic curriculum, and various educational tasks should be achieved by training high-quality Christian dance leaders. At the same time, it is necessary to be able to advance to a higher level of Christian dance with expertise and artistry that can reach the general public. If so, Christian dance will be further activated quantitatively and qualitatively, and more positive development will be achieved in various fields in Christianity, such as church worship, cultural events, evangelism, and missionary work.
