國敎 行政家의 指導性類型과 職務滿足에 관한 硏究
- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to inquire into the advisable and efficient leadership type of the school administrator by analyzing the relationship between the leadership type of the schoolmaster and the degree of job satisfaction of the teacher in charge of education on students. The one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to make a test of the difference on each subdomain in the leadership type of the schoolmaster and the degree of job satisfaction of the teacher in accordance with each independent variable.
The findings of this study were summarized as follows:
(1) It was revealed that the male teacher was higher than the female teacher in the degree of job satisfaction, the teacher of more than 51 years was the highest by age and the teacher between 21 years and 30 years was the lowest in terms of the degree of job satisfaction.
(2) It was revealed that the teacher graduated from other schools was highest by academic background in terms of the teacher's degree of job satisfaction while the teacher graduated from the graduate school was lowest.
(3) It was revealed that the teachers working at the school located in the administrative unit of eup showed the highest response to their degree of job satisfaction whereas the teachers working at the school located in myon showed the lowest response to it.
(4) It was revealed that the teachers with the teaching career of more than 21 years showed the highest response to their degree of job satisfaction while the teacher with the teaching career of less than 5 years showed a low response to it. And the chairpersons showed the highest response to job satisfaction by position.
(5) The teacher's job satisfaction in accordance with the leadership type of the schoolmaster perceived by the teacher was shown to be highest when the leadership type of the schoolmaster was effective, followed by task-centered leadership. human harmony-centered leadership and ineffective leadership.
(6) In terms of the human relations in accordance with the leadership type of the schoolmaster, the human harmony-centered leadership showed a positive tendency. The effective leadership showed a positive tendency in terms of business activity, the task-centered leadership in terms of the environment, the human harmony-centered leadership in terms of working conditions, and the human harmony-centered leadership in terms of self-respect.
