관광객의 한국 숙박시설 고객만족도와 재이용의도에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근 한국 관광수요가 증가하면서 동시에 중국 방한 관광객도 예년에 비하여 증가하고 있다. 또한 한국 드라마와 가수들의 해외 진출로 2001년을 기점으로 급증한 방한 관광객은 차츰 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 한국 이미지 개선에 큰 이바지를 하고 있는 ‘한류’는 다양한 분야로 연결고리를 생성하면서 이미 중국에서 뚜렷한 사회적 현상으로 자리를 잡고 있다. 그러나 관광산업의 발달은 호텔·숙박 산업 발전의 좋은 기회도 작용하지만, 한편으로는 관광산업에 있어서 치열한 경쟁도 유발한다. 이런 시점에서 중국 관광객의 욕구를 파악함과 동시에 고객만족도와 재이용의도 및 추천의도에 대한 연구는 매우 필요하다고 본다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국관광객의 방한 동기 및 한국 숙박시설 이용에 있어서 이용객들이 인지하는 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 방한 경험이 있는 중국 관광객을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증조사는 문헌연구를 토대로 도출된 중국 방한 관광객의 방한동기와 숙박시설 고객만족도를 측정할 수 있는 설문항목을 설정하였으며, 방한 관광객을 대상으로 인터넷 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 회수된 설문의 통계처리는 SPSS Ver. 18.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 빈도분석, 타당성 및 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 중국 한류소비자가 인지하는 숙박시설 선택속성과 고객만족도의 영향관계에서 숙박시설 선택속성의 환경 및 이미지, 객실시설과 비품이 고객만족도에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 가격 요인은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 숙박시설 선택속성과 재이용의도 및 추천의도와의 영향관계에서 부대시설과 객실시설 및 비품요인, 서비스요인은 재이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났고 숙박시설 선택속성의 환경 및 이미지, 객실시설과 비품, 부대시설 요인은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족도와 재이용의도 및 추천의도와의 영향관계에서 만족도는 재이용의도와 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 중국의 다양한 소비수준과 관광목적에 부합하는 한국숙박시설이 개발되어야하며 이들의 연구가 진행되어 앞으로의 한국 숙박시설 산업의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. | Currently, with the increasing number of overseas tourists and the tourist from china compared with other years. Korean TV plays and singers as well as other cultural commodities into Chinese market, the growth trend of Korean Wave tourists from China has increasingly obvious since 2001. “Korea Wave”, which has made great contributions to the national image of Korea, catches the eyes of Chinese young consumers in all kinds of fields and it has even become a social phenomenon in domestic China. Meanwhile, the development of tourism industry spontaneously leads to the development of hotels and other accommodation facilities and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In such cases, a research on the demands of Chinese tourists and understanding the intention of their reuse of choice of tendency for accommodation from the aspect of their satisfaction situation is positively necessary. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of factors in choosing accommodation facilities of Korean Wave tourists from China on their satisfaction and their intention of their reuse. In this research, Objects are Korean Wave tourists from China with experience of visiting South Korea. The instruction of this study, base on the literature research was firstly carried out; definition about choice of tendency for accommodation and Korean wave consumers were given; then an explorative study was made on relevant literature of consumers’ satisfaction of accommodation. By using SPSS Ver.18.0 statistical software, the frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are made on the collected questionnaire. The results of analysis show: firstly, influence of the relationship with the factors in choosing accommodation facilities of Korean Wave tourists from China and their satisfaction, they attaching with great importance of the geographical environment and the reputation of accommodation facilities. Therefore, a conclusion is drawn that the more convenient of the environments. It is more satisfied the consumers feeling. Besides, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room have positive(+) influence on the consumers’ satisfaction. Secondly, by the effect of their choosing accommodation facilities and their intention of reuse and recommendation, the factors that affect the intention of reusing the room situation, additional facilities and service experience have positive(+) influence on; the factors that affect the intention of recommendation are environment, the room conditions and the integrity of additional facilities. Thirdly, on the effect of customer satisfaction on reuse intention and recommendation, customer satisfaction appeared to have positive(+) influences on reuse intention and recommendation. With the result of study korean accommodation facilities which meets the various consumption level and travel purpose of China should be developed. Further study of tourists will be carried out that is considered to contribute to industry of korean accommodation.
