At the general meeting 1990, the united nations had decided that The first day of October is "The international Aged Day". At the general meeting on 16 day of October 1992, UN had accepted it and decided to keep it. Now the aged matters are increased seriously not only in korea but also in the world. For the aged, spare time is as much as long. Therefore, how to make use of spare times are most important things. Korea entered the aging society from the 2000 years that We are faced with important time to prepare a system of the aged welfare of a advanced nation, This aging society is filled with the aged of 13% of a nation. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, The population of the infancy is estimated 4,650,000. The population of the aged is estimated 15,271,000 in the 2050 years. This is three times of the infancy. Therefore, the support money of the aged is required three times of the infancy. As the increased population, the aged welfare of a style of advanced nation is difficult to accomplish without the maintain of the social service. Intervention of the nation about the welfare of the aged is first but the welfare system of productive support with participation of inhabitants is urgently required at this time.
