SNS특성이 SNS활용과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰의 보급과 인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 더욱 빠른 속도로 SNS가 발전하면서 세계적으로 그 활용이 대중화됨에 따라 SNS를 활발하게 활용하고 있는 소상공인들을 대상으로, 5가지 SNS 특성이 SNS 활용과 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지, 특히 SNS 교육이 SNS 활용에 유의한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증해보고 그에 따른 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. SNS특성은 경영성과에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 5가지 SNS 특성 중 최신성, 신뢰성, 유희성 에서만 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. SNS 특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 SNS 활용은 매개효과를, SNS 교육은 SNS활용에 조절 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에 따른 중요 시사점은 일상생활과 밀접하게 접해 있는 영세한 소상공인들의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 SNS 특성, SNS 활용, SNS 교육의 긍정적인 효과 검정결과를 토대로 보다 더 체계적인 SNS 교육, 전문 SNS마케터 나 소셜 마케터의 양성 정책 이나 SNS 관련 민간 자격증의 관리 등이 필요함을 시사한다. 이번 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구 방향을 정리하면 SNS 특성, SNS 활용, SNS교육 이 소상공인의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 선행 연구 범주에서 크게 벗어나지 못한 연구였지만, 향후에는 더 구체적으로 SNS 채널별, 소상공인의 업종별 , SNS 교육 등 더 다양하고 구체적인 측정항목을 개발하여 연구할 필요가 있다. 시대가 발전함에 따라 새로운 SNS 채널이 등장하고, SNS 활용의 인기 채널도 카카오스토리에서 인스타그램, 페이스북, 유튜브로 이동해가고, SNS콘텐츠의 유형도 텍스트에서 이미지, 동영상으로 변화하고 발전하고 있다. 이렇게 세계적인 SNS 발전과 SNS 활용의 대중화에 따라, 소상공인들의 SNS 활용으로 인한 경영성과를 높일 수 있는 SNS 교육에 대한 관심과 니즈가 날로 높아지고 있다. 따라서, 향후 글로벌한 사회적 변화를 반영한 SNS 특성과 SNS 채널, SNS 교육 등 더 다양하고 구체적인 측정 항목을 개발하여 연구함으로써, 열악한 소상공인들의 경영성과를 높이고 글로벌한 시장 진출의 교두보 역할을 할 수 있는 실질적인 SNS 활용을 위한 연구방향을 제언하고자 한다. |The purpose of this study are to investigate how to affect on SNS utilization and business performance by the five characteristics of SNS targeted on SMEs who actively utilize SNS due to globally popularization of use of SNS, verify whether SNS educations have significant effects on SNS utilization and extract insights from the study. The following is summarized results of the study. The three characteristics of SNS-the latest update, reliability, and playfulness-from among the five characteristics of SNS only have positive effects on SMEs’ business performance. As SNS characteristics have effects on business performance, SNS utilization has intermediation effects and SNS educations have control effects on SNS utilization. The results of the study-SNS characteristics, SNS utilization and SNS educations have positive effects on the small scale SMEs’ business performance which are closely tied to everyday life-imply the necessity of systematic SNS education, SNS/Social marketers training policies, and SNS certification management in private sector. In conclusions, the study of the effects on SMEs’ business performance by SNS characteristics, SNS utilization, and SNS education does not overcome of previous studies' results, however, the study proposes that the development of more various and specific measurement items-for examples SNS channels, SMEs business types, and SNS educations-is necessary in the future study. New SNS channels are emerged by new technologies, the major using channel in SNS are moved from KakaoStory to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and also type of contents in SNS are changed from texts to images and videos. These changes SNS technologies evolution and popularization of SNS caused SMEs are increasing interests and needs about SNS educations in order to improve their business performance. Therefore, the study proposed the future research directions for practical SNS utilization applying to improving SMEs’ poor business performance and entering the global market; using more various and specific measurement items which are reflecting global social changes in future such as SNS characteristics, SNS channels, SNS educations and so on.
