확장된 기술수용모델을 활용한 성과기대 및 전환의도에 관한 한·중간 비교연구

Abstract

본 연구에서 제시된 모형은 기술 수용 관점에서 TAM 모형과 혁신확산 관점에서 UTAUT를 기반으로 개발되었다. TAM 모형을 기반으로 스마트폰의 사용 품질을 기능 품질, 운영체제 품질, 네트워크 품질, 컨텐츠 품질, 서비스 품질 다섯 가지 요인을 외생변수로 구성하였으며, 스마트폰 사용품질은 지각된 이용 용이성, 지각된 유용성 등 두 부분으로 세분하였다. 내생변수에는 TAM 모형에서 일반적으로 설정되는 유용성과 편리성 외에 추가로 성과에 대한 기대와 전환의도 등의 변수를 포함을 확장하였다. 이를 위해 한국과 중국의 20∼30대 젊은 대학생들을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다, 아울러 양국 간에 스마트폰 전환의도에 있어서 유사점 및 차이점이 있는지를 분석해 보았다. 이러한 연구를 통해 한중 양국의 정보통신 관련 산업의 운영과 관련한 보다 유용한 정책적 시사점을 제시할 수 있다.|The model in this study was developed on the basis of the TAM model from the perspective of technology acceptance and of UTAUT from that of the innovative spread. On the basis of the TAM model, the quality of smartphone usage was categorized into five factors―functional quality, operating system quality, network quality, contents quality, and service quality―as exogenous variables and was also divided into two categories―perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Endogenous variables included such variables as performance expectancy and switching intentions in addition to usefulness and convenience generally found in the TAM model. To do this, a survey was conducted in Korean and Chinese college students in their twenties or thirties. In addition, similarities and differences in smartphone switching intentions between the two countries were analyzed. This research can give more useful policy suggestions as to the management of the ICT industry for both countries.
