韓國의 企業文化 開發에 關한 硏究
- Abstract
- Korean organization culture is undergoing a substantial period of growth and expansion. This phenomenon has enabled more resources to be devoted towards the study of business organization.
A business culture has been the valuable factors, contributing the favorable outcome for the members to decide their atomsphere.
These developing strategies should not apply to every business organization equally but can be changed properly in accordance with the circumstances of its own business factors.
Korean mode of thinking, balance and harmony between tradition and reality, and Korean national effort to discover their own identity have influenced constantly their business cultures concerned
As if to boost farmer's income, farming should be diversified. But Korean's traditional business culture has been in the modes of vertical and centralized uniformity. This deeply meted culture is reflected by the organization color which remains unfaded despite alien attemps to change it. But we are now in the serving situation of interchanging world cultures and in need of multidimensional, flexible and reformed ways of cultural resolution.
In promoting the development and expansion of this studies, the great efforts should be coordinated with the individuals and organization mode of changes: first their roles and activities, secondly their participated factors of intervention finally their effective and revised analysis of business cultures. Korean business organization because of its centralized system and size, is suitably convenient in terms of obtaining timly changes for the progressive and enhanced developments.
