Constructing all the possible based data, certain strategy that for the preparation of unifying policy is required to be observed. Jeju could be one of the solutions that help for reducing arms race of powerful countries surrounding. Therefore the reason why Jeju should be recognized, as international city through worthy of Peace Island is the answer to explain for the any problems related national security. In pursuits of an International Freedom City, Jeju is needed for diverse process in deciding policy according to groups for profits, professors, specialists, press, DEA in different field. It should be the kind of policy that pursuits Korean peninsula to be a powerful place having stable exchanges developed and gathering of specialists in different field, too. Not being satisfied with visible success likes that of success in controlling supplies and demands since 1989, there must be proceeding strategy focused on controlled supplies corresponding to the emerge of tablets in amphetamine-type stimulants(ATS) and that is quite closely related to the drug policy of United Korea based on peace in Jeju. The need of these two factors, independent drug controlled country or the system like FDA should go for consideration as non-criminal policy is getting firmed to be carrying out together in Jeju, Island of Peace. Also it is the time for specialists who could support by preventing drug uses. There must be some remedy for preventing those who are prospected to use drugs and this is the right time for many specialists to come out who could unify all different fields for protecting drugs by supporting educational organization. Jeju is expected to grow to be a Free Trade City, which would open for such progressive result in any possible to bring out by prospective professional group of people’s moving to this place, Island of Peace.
