The fourth investigates chapter the problems of company welfare and suggests the plans for its reform.
The findings of this study are as follow.
The company welfare still remains at a relatively low level, compared with our present economic situation. Of course, it is not easy to invest a lot of resources to improve the company welfare at present. However, considering the importance of the company welfare , it is urgent to increase the investment as much as possible.
In order to improve the company welfare, the companies should take main role. The government should have attention on the company welfare with respect to the expansion of social security. The labor unions also need to try to improve the company welfare both by themselves and though the co-operation with the management.
That is, company welfare can be developed by mutual efforts of companies, the government and labor unions. Especially, companies should take the social responsibility upon themselves in co-operation with the government and labor and drive synthetical and long-term policies for the improvement of company welfare.
