韓國 老人就業의 改善方案에 관한 硏究

Abstract

The population of the aged has been increasing, thanks to the decrease in the causes and many medical services. The great increase of the population of the aged will be expected and accompanied by industrial development. The advanced age of the population implies the industrial significance and becomes the great social problem. But, the old people issue generally means all kinds of such difficulties in social life resulted from aging and frequently briefed as poverty, disease, loneliness and loss of role, In other words, basic desire of old people relates, in major, to income health, house, education, leisure and worth. In this paper I tried find out whether the aged are in the eristing labor market and the purpose of this paper is seek the method of increasing the opportunity and efficient of employment. I think it desirable that the Korean old people can be assured for their income through working as long as they can do work. The content of this article is bellow: 1.
