The result of our research is as followings: lacks of efforts in the fields of both policy and resl practices. Now we need better plans and programs than usual. To activateit, we have to put into operation the adeguate and proper one, bring public athention to it, and increase faculties and egupments fit for them. We have to listen their voice with attention and care. We have to develop it not for any special class but for every class. We are also aging rightnow. We don't have to forget it.
