韓國 敎會學校 敎育의 變遷과 改善方案에 관한 硏究
- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was consideration of training in the Sunday school in a historical view with characteristics of scholarship and trouble point of Sunday school for institute of Korean church.
1) Sunday school training have began formless syle in Hebrews family and tabernacle till 1780 year when the begining of social training system by the Robert Lewix who residence in England. And through United States this system was transferred to Korea by the foreing missionary in 1885 with charge of Bible intensive training and develop to todays Sunday school.
2) Sunday school training was a part of evangelism transmission training which based on the Bible with centering around God and Jesus Christ and the key word of textbook which used in Sunday school are the Bible. Thus it asked completely study about Sunday school text and the Scripture.
3) The early Korean church(in 1885) had been basical foundation by the carrying out of medical service and educational service to the outsiders and poverty people together with Gospel and great evangelism rehabitation movement in 1907. By the acknowledgement of importance for primay education of the church, they practiced more advanced education than the public school and leading the culture innovation, give the reading ability to every citizens and put the nationalism in their heart with evangel of Christ. Otherhans, recent Korean church intend to featuring growth without function of evangelly and outward of people who live in downstair.
4) The direction of featuring growth, as pointed out the reason of inactivity of Sunday school must conversion to education intend policy to recover of worship and educational function. By the structure of church development foundation through administration specialization.
