韓國敎會 組織運營의 實態와 改善方案에 관한 硏究

Abstract

The purpose of this study lies in making inquiries into the realities of the Korean church organization and its remedial measure. As a result of study, the following conclusion could be obtained; Firstly, seen through a history of church, the church tends to go to the organic and collective extremities. In case the church goes to either of the extremities, the essence of the church can not be achieved when the rational church is viewed as the one that the church as an organism and the church as the organizational body proceed to harmonize with each other, it is required that the Korean church should be transformed into the operation of the rational church organization. Secondly, it was shown that the elder system is the system assuming the democratic method of operations in the political system of the church. Accordingly, since the elder system is the representative (council) system that all the christians consult and decide upon church affairs, it continues to be developed and enhanced. Thirdly, in the operation of the church the members on the minister-elder meeting and the minister-elder-deacon meeting will have to take more-faithful charge of their own positions and missions. Fourthly, the church is not the church of an individual, and needs to have a theological training so that the charch can function as the body of Jesus christ by having an exact knowledge of whether the creed of the council of elders is fundamental or not and whether the organization is formed or not and proceeding to operate the church organization. Fifthly, the Korean church has taken an authoritarian and arbitrary method of operation in relation to the operation of the church until recently. At this juncture, if the pastor discards his self-assertion and self-pride and improve the existing unreasonable church into the organization and structure matching the present situation of the present-day church, Christians will have a high confidence in the pastor and the church and become favorable at a dimension of preaching. Sixthly, the rational church is the church that matures from the dispersed church to the united church and from qualitative growth to qualitive growth and make the church substantial. Therefore, all the church on the ealth, or today's all the church will have to choose this way.
