學校運營委員會에 대한 學父母와 敎師의 知覺에 관한 硏究
- Abstract
- The conclusion from the study were ;
Firstly, the perception differ for organization of steering committee were so positive viewing both of parents and teachers, and perception differ about school grade of parents and teachers were be shown similary result. The school steering committee took some worrie to operating as a conventionality the reason of it occured not a naturally need by parents of school but structured by the derection of government.
Secondly, there's no similarity differ against the function of steering committe both of teachers and parents, the differ of perception against school degree was be shown as positively. In spite of expectation of several problems, such as interference in educational curriculum, make a faction, principal invitation, school master invitation and quarrel among the committee, From the practice of school steering committee, it still expected it's function to carm down of overheated private lesson fever and its expensis by the activity of steering committee.
Thirdly, the perception differ for steering committee between parents and teachers were so positive while parents consider for school grade were negative response. The weak point of this system were it haven't any arbitration orgainze when occured trouble between committee and principal, particulary in case of an exterior member hold committee's hegemony, it may possible to take a confused situation.
Fourthly, thought of collectively of study, the teachers perception could explained positive, the function of steering committee also could explained positive eventhouth it's function are not practical experienced. The effectiveness of committee were not yet direct effect to school operating but perception about it was positive in generally.
