컨설턴트 역량과 정부 정책자금 지원이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 컨설턴트역량과 정부 정책자금 지원이 중소기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 컨설턴트 역량은 컨설턴트 지식, 컨설턴트 의식, 컨설턴트 능력으로 구성하였으며, 정부의 정책자금 지원은 정책자금프로그램 적정성, 정책자금 인지도와 활용도로 구분했다. 경영성과는 BSC 관점에서 학습과 성장, 내부프로세스 개선, 고객만족, 재무성과의 4가지 관점으로 측정하였다. 연구결과 정부정책자금 활용도가 학습과 성장, 내부프로세스개선, 고객만족, 재무성과와의 상관계수가 제일 크게 나타났으며, 컨설턴트 능력과 정부정책자금지원 활용도는 학습과 성장에 유의하게 영향을 미치고 있음으로 채택되었고, 컨설턴트 능력과 정부정책자금지원 활용도는 내부프로세스 개선에 유의하게 영향을 미치기 때문에 채택되었다. 컨설턴트 능력과 정부 정책자금지원 활용도는 고객만족에 유의하게 영향을 미치고 있음으로 채택되었고, 컨설턴트 의식과 정책자금 인지도와 활용도는 재무성과에 유의하게 영향을 미치기 때문에 채택되었다. 본 연구에서는 정책자금 활용도가 경영성과 모든 구성요소와의 상관계수가 크게 나타났으며, 유의하게 영향을 미치기 때문에 채택되었고 컨설턴트 능력은 학습과 성장, 내부프로세스개선, 고객만족에 유의, 컨설턴트 의식은 재무성과에 유의하게 영향을 미치기 때문에 채택되었다. 본 연구에서는 컨설턴트의 능력과 의식이 중소기업경영성과에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 정책자금 활용도는 중소기업 경영성과 전체 구성요소에 영향을 미치기 때문에 정책자금 활용이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

Consultant competence consists of the consultant's knowledge, consciousness. Government funding is categorized as the reliability of policy funds program, awareness and utilization of policy funds. From the perspective of BSC, a management performance study was surveyed, including learning and growth, the improvement of internal organization, customers' satisfaction and financial performance. The study shows that the correlation coefficient of the policy funds' utilization takes up mostly learning and development, the improvement of internal organization, customers' satisfaction and financial performance. Consultant's competence and the utilization of government funding were chosen because those two things have a meaningful influence on learning and development besides financial performance . The study demonstrates the utilization of government funding has the high correlation coefficient of management performance and greatly affects every factor. Consultant competence plays a very important role in learning and growth, the improvement of internal organization, customer's satisfaction and financial performance, which is the reason this study was conducted. The study illustrates that consultant competence and awareness have an impact on SEMs'performance and the utilization of government funding affects the entire factors of SEMs' performance. In conclusion, the utilization of government funding is more important than anything else.
