출산경험이 있는 전업주부를 대상으로 딥티슈마사지가 골반균형에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 출산경험이 있는 전업주부를 대상으로 선정하여 딥티슈마사지가 골반균형에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자들은 출산경험이 있으며 골반이 불균형이고, 이에 따른 연관통의 문제점을 가지고 있는 12명의 전업주부로 구성하였다. 연구기간은 2013년 3월 26일부터 4월 24일까지 4주간 주 2회로 총 8회를 실시하였고, 실험 실시시간은 일 회당 50분에 걸쳐 골반균형을 위한 딥티슈마사지를 적용하였다. 체형변화를 확인하기 위해서 체형측정기로 딥티슈마사지 전·후의 체형을 촬영하여 골반부 경사각과 견갑부 경사각 측정하였고, 골반 불균형으로 인한 연관 통증 상태를 알아보기 위해 실험 전·후로 시각적상사척도를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.

첫째, 딥티슈마사지 전의 골반부 경사도 평균은 11.98°이었으나, 딥티슈마사지 후의 골반부 경사도 평균은 3.71°로 나타나 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 딥티슈마사지 전ㆍ후로 측정한 골반부 교정도의 기술통계량을 분석해본 결과 평균이 70.6%로 나타나 현저한 교정도를 보여 골반균형의 개선이 입증되었다.

둘째, 딥티슈마사지 전의 견갑부 경사도 평균은 26.85°였으나, 딥티슈마사지 후의 골반부 경사도 평균은 9.94°로 나타나 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 딥티슈마사지 전ㆍ후로 측정한 견갑부 교정도의 기술통계량을 분석해본 결과 평균이 68.0%로 나타나 골반균형의 개선으로 인한 신체변화인 견갑부의 정렬까지 지대한 영향을 미쳤음이 입증되었다.

셋째, 골반의 불균형으로 인한 연관통을 딥티슈마사지 전·후로 비교한 결과, 딥티슈마사지 전의 통증은 5.83점으로 나타났고, 후의 통증은 1.83점으로 나타나 유의미한 차이를 보인 것으로써 마사지 후 현저한 통증감소로 파악되어 연관통 완화효과가 입증되었다.

이상으로 본 연구의 결과는 딥티슈마사지 적용이 출산경험이 있는 전업주부에게 골반의 균형 개선에 효과가 있었음이 입증되었고, 이에 따른 신체적 변화, 즉 상지의 견갑부 정렬 효과와 더불어 골반 불균형에 의한 연관통 완화까지 뚜렷한 영향이 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 추후 연구에서는 육아와 함께 제한적이고 반복적인 가사노동으로 근골격계에 구조적·기능적 손상을 주는 전업주부 이외 좀 더 폭넓고 다양한 직업군을 연구대상자로 선정하고, 장기간의 연구기간으로 딥티슈마사지를 적용하여 그 결과를 일반화할 수 있도록 하며, 연구대상자들 체표의 형태 촬영뿐만 아니라 신경학적, 혈관학적까지 고려한 다양한 검사법을 통하여 교정의 정확한 부위와 정도를 파악하는 교정 회복 결과를 이론화할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 또한, 최근 증가 추세에 있는 자세 이상이나 근육 불균형의 다양한 원인으로 발생하는 골반의 불균형에 대한 인식을 더욱 강화시켜 올바른 자세와 체형관리에 대한 적극적인 홍보와 좀 더 체계적인 교정 목적을 활성화하기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 방안을 모색하는 연구가 필요할 것이다.| This study is to identify about the influence of deep tissue massage on pelvis balance for multiparous housewives. The participants experienced the childbirth and their pelvises were asymmetric, so I chose the 12 housewives who have had such referred pain problems. The study period was from 26th Mar. 2013 to 24th Apr. and total 8 times of 4 weeks, and the study time was supplied to the deep tissue massage for pelvis balance according to 50 minutes per 1 time. Also, it was checked up the pelvic and scapular region through taking pictures of before and after body types of deep tissue massage to check the change of body types, and used before and after VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) to identify the referred pain of pelvis imbalance.

The result of this study is following.

First, the average slope of pelvic region before the deep tissue massage was 11.98° but 3.71° after massage, so it showed up the meaningful difference and proved that the pelvis balance was improved by showing up 70.6% of the remarkable correction using the descriptive statistic of pelvic correction about before and after deep tissue massage. Second, the average slope of scapular region before the deep tissue massage was 26.85° but 9.94° after massage, so it showed up the meaningful difference and proved that the scapular range of pelvis balance was improved profoundly by showing up 68.0% using the descriptive statistic of scapular correction about before and after deep tissue massage. Finally, the referred pain of pelvis imbalance before the deep tissue massage was 5.83 but after 1.83, so it also showed up the meaningful difference and proved that it has the relaxation effect of referred pain because of showing decreased degree of pain.

Judging from this, the result of this study is that the deep tissue massage has the improvement effect of pelvis balance for multiparous housewives and influences on the physical changes and the relaxation effect of referred pain by pelvis imbalance. Therefore, the further study has to choose the wider and more various participants except housewives who have the structural and functional injuries because of infant care and closed and repeated domestic work, and need to academicize about the result of recovery to identify the accurate region and degree through various test methods. Also, the awareness about the pelvis imbalance of postural abnormality and muscle imbalance has to intensify and need to seek to the program development and plan to energize the organized correction object and active PR.
