청소년 수련활동 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

The following results were obtained as a result of questionnaire research to 86 action personnel and 18 teachers who are working with the Youth's training center as well as 271 secondary school students in Seoul for revitalization of training program in linkage with the schools. 1. The recognition of the training activity program is also a merchandise is necessary. To think the youth as customers and needs to provide quality merchandise(program) as youth want for in the standpoint of customers impression. And, beside of this they have to always work for merchandise development. Since the youth's concerns and preference change as everyday the merchandise subject thereto must be anew and professionally developed. The youth regarded as the various and high quality programs are most important(45.7%) as well as by the action personnel(61%) and teachers(42.1%). Looking into such result, new program development having the responsiveness by youth is high and securing professionalism of youth action personnel seems to be the most preferential issue to revitalization of youth training facility (Youth Hall) above all. Must provide time, education and condition so that youth leaders may make research and development of the program. 2. To aggressively make PR the youth's training activity program with homepage and internet. More youths gradually will search for information through homepage & internet search with P. C. from now on as they do even today. Each youth training facility makes their training activity program PR by opening homepage & internet addresses may be able to provide information to many youths outside. And, it may induce natural competition among the youths training facilities and be provided information. 3. To organize council for action personnel(staffs) of living zone youth training facility. Presently councils were organized at the consigned youth training halls by the Seoul Metropolis only and to expand it to councils of youth training facilities of all living zones in Seoul and to solve problems in youth training activity and exchange information as well for common interests it will be helpful in providing better training activity program. 4. The re-education program for action personnel with the living zone training is necessary. At the present time there is no re-education program for youth activity workers made available. Above all if the re-educational program for action personnel by council of the living zone youth training facility is executed might have been efficiently conducted. There'll be no development where there is no investment. The introduction of training activity assessment system of the living zone youth facility for training is necessary. If water is not flow it will be decayed. Now there is neither information nor competition among youth training facilities in the living zone. 5. The system to aggressively make PR of the training activity to the principal and to seek for cooperation is necessary. The assistance by school principal plays important role in the school linkage program. To school principals the training activity are to aggressively make PR and must ask for cooperation. 6. The youth training facility must be an appropriate size or more. To build many living zone training facilities will also be important however, to carefully make research what type of facility youth wanted for, building by what size will be with higher efficiency and at which position it will be built and has to be built for long-term stand. And, beside the above to build facility without having by school such as a swimming pool and utilize it in order by the school's circle activity or extra-curricular activity will be economical. For the youth training facility the funding will always be difficult and when construct such facility(as swimming pool or health center) with giving consideration for profitability the public organization might be able to be faithful for its inborn affairs since there is no reason for hardship by the finance.
