Abstract

Now, we have considered the District Economic Situation facing Anyang City on the occasion the Local Self-government Ages. Consequently, for Anyang City has a subordinative Distrist Economic Organization as a part of the Economic Faculties Allotment of Capital Region, a visible development could be seen but the District Economic Development was not that actually a Local Resident could be felt in skin. So the District Economic Development Program of Anyang City which followed the Local Autonomy System in the base of such a result will be considered these matters. First, Anyang City shared the Industrial Faculties in the City Faculties of Seoul will go ahead rather an Industrialization which planned and scaled than a spontaneousness. Second, the major industry of Anyang City in 1990's is forming with the main current of the City Industry. So we must set up continuously these types of business raising with a new special industry such as Groceries, Assembly Metal, Machin, Transportation Warehouse Communication Business, and Service Industry and extend the investment scale to these followings. Third, the Industrial Structure of Anyang City, Specially, should be reorganized to the technologicalintensive industry which is able to prepare to the Informationized Ages in the third industry and we must spur Anyang City District Economy and we must spur Anyang City District Economy on to develop which is connected with the Ultramodern and the Informationized Industry. Fourth, the Local Finance and the Monetary will have to support positively, if these District Economic Activations of Anyang City can be formed more effectively. So to be formed like this should be increased of the self-independence of the District Finance and the level of the Financial Institution.
