中學校 學生 非行의 原因 및 特性에 관한 硏究
- Abstract
- This study was set forth the following studying purposes in order to respectively give consideration in the home, school and social aspects for the cause and the feature of misconducts by middle school students.
1) How is status in problematic situation of the misconduct and what is the motivation?
2) Is there any significant difference by sex of student, by the school type and by establishment of the school of the feature of students with misconduct?
3) What is the practical idea to contract misconducts by middle school students?
In order to carry out this study this researcher concurrently conducted the bibliographical consideration and questionnaire research for cause & feature of misconduct by middle school students. I distributed 350 copies in total of questionnaire sheets under the questionnaire research to get into the motive and feature of misconduct by pattern and actual commitment and the number of questionnaire sheets collected was 312 copies. In the questionnaire research such items of students by sex, national, public and private school, form of the school, boys school, girls school and co-ed school were respectively divided.
The frequency analysis used SPSS 7.0 of the statistical package and χ² verification in order to find out impact affects to experience and motive of misconducts by middle school students by individual variables were done under this research. And also, the correlationship analysis was conducted in order to get into the correlationship with misconduct experience by middle school students with general matters.
As to lead conclusions for misconduct motive and feature of students as was clarified through this study may be rearranged by five kinds as follows :
1) The cause for runaway from home, frequent absence and early take off by middle school students was indicated by because they hate the desolate home atmosphere or dislike to study or dread to the school teachings due to divorce, remarriage or frequent struggle by parents. Since therefore, in order to prevent this the life leading with linkage by teachers & parents so that the affirmative self-concept may be formed by the students is necessary.
2) The cause for access to amusement center by middle schoolboys in many cases they answered as wanted to fully play with friends and the cause for disordered behavior with different sex many of them answered for curiosity to the different sex and, this may be regarded as lack of self-control by schoolboys or by feature begun by momentary impulse. Since therefore, to prevent this, not intercept unconditionally to the students but to provide facility to enjoy their leisure without burden in the free condition is required at the same time to make them understood by giving explanation of the reason to them that it shall not.
3) The cause for violence, pilferage and pickpocketing by middle school students was indicated by need for pocket-money and they are disobedient and behaved impertinently and also, in fact it was indicated as a kind of maltreatment conduct to take away and satisfy just merely afflict the counterpart, not envious for the article owned by the counterpart. In order to prevent this to clarify that the violence, pilferage or embezzlement is in what category and to establish leading measure suitable to it.
4) The cause for smocking, drinking, use of bond and narcotic by middle school students was mainly indicated by mere curiosity and to dissolve spiritual pain. Therefore, not to unconditionally prohibit from it by students but the teacher is required to collect information on living environment of his(her) students, to analyze it in the objective position, to be endeavored to have professional knowledge in the area and to strengthen individual & group counselling with students as there is worry about adverse effect such as formation of repulsion and sense of crime.
5) The cause to contact to lascivious and violent image media was indicated due to curiosity to the different sex and vague interest and it may be deemed to be the cause of decadent image media suddenly overflooded recently or the social climate seeks for amenities however, if this is left alone the change in behavior will be made toward bad direction by imitation psychology.
In order to prevent this from the students the steady social education by school is required so that the students may not expose by their behavior by imitation of wrongdoing adults or immoral men of entertainment.
