중소기업 CEO의 변혁적 리더십이 컨설팅 프로젝트의 성과에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 중소기업 CEO의 변혁적 리더십이 컨설팅 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보기 위해서 이루어졌다. 특히 컨설턴트 역량, 컨설팅 참여도가 조절효과로 작용하여 어떻게 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는지를 기준으로 하였다. 이 연구를 진행하기 위해 선행 연구논문들을 참조하였고, 직접 진행한 설문조사 및 통계 결과를 바탕으로 유의미한 결과를 이끌어 낼 수 있었다. 컨설팅산업이 본격적으로 자리를 잡은지 상당 시간이 지났기에 이제 컨설팅 서비스를 받고자 하는 중소기업들이 많아지면서, 이에 대한 연구와 성과도 꾸준히 많이 나오고 있다.

본 논문에서는 먼저 연구의 배경 및 목적을 설정하고 어떻게 연구가 구성되었는지, 어떤 방법을 이용하였는지에 대해 서론에서 밝힌다. 본론에서는 총 3개의 장으로 나뉘게 되는데, 먼저 이론적 배경과 선행연구에 대해 밝히고자 한다. 컨설팅이 무엇인지부터 시작해서 우리나라 중소기업 현황, 본 연구에서 밝히고자 하는 CEO 리더십 및 변혁적 리더십에 대한 연구가 이루어졌다. 다음에는 연구 가설을 설정하고 연구 모형을 설계한 내용이 나오게 된다. 독립변수 및 종속변수, 통제, 조절변수 등에 대해 자세하게 알아보았다. 마지막으로 표본을 대상으로 진행한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 통계 프로그램을 이용해 획득한 결과에 대해 분석하고 나아가 시사점, 한계점 및 향후 연구방향까지 밝히고자 한다.

컨설팅 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 수많은 요인들이 있다. 컨설팅을 진행하는 매니저의 역량 및 능력은 물론이며, 컨설팅을 의뢰하고 받게 되는 기업의 능동성과 컨설팅에 대한 이해능력 또한 매우 중요하다고 선행 연구들과 실제 컨설팅 결과에서 밝혀졌다. 이와 더불어, 한 기업의 수장인 CEO의 능력 중에서도 리더십, 특히 최근에 주목받고 있는 변혁적 리더십은 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아볼 수 있는 연구이기에 유의미한 결과를 통해 차후 컨설팅 프로젝트 성과에 영향력을 미칠 수 있는 해당 변수를 잘 활용할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.| This study was made CEO transformational leadership SMEs to learn about the impact on road projects and consulting and consulting engagement.
