中等敎員 一般硏修制度의 問題點과 그 改善方向 探索에 관한 硏究

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze system for the junior high school teacher and present it's improvements.
As a result of this study, the following conclusion could be drawn : Firstly, junior high school teachers were feeling a functional need for general training in order to improve their teaching specialty and enhance general culture and education.
Therfore, the specific remedial plan for teacher's general training and education is required.
Secondly, the selection of the content of general training and the time of its implementation should be organized practically through the collection of each front-line teacher's opinion, and it's content should be composed of the matter service able to the teacher on the spot. And, it is thought that it is desirable to operate the time of it's implementation flexibly, not set it uniformly.
Thirdly, the directing instructor of the gentral training for teacher can help teachers do practical affair on the spot such as corricular contents, instructional technique, school guidance technique, etc, revolving around the persons responsible for practical affair in the spot who are nearest to them.
Fourthly, it was shown that the reason for teachers' avoiding general training in clude the inopportumeness of training and the unreality of the content of education highly. An attempt should be made to cope with the non-systemmatic nature of broad casting training by means of the expansion of the opportunity of training, the selection of the content of training, available to teachers on the spot, and thorough evaluation and menagement of training by inplementing the broadcasting training as thecomplementary measure for the reason for their avoidance of training.
Fifthly, it was shown that teachers had a tendency to prefer to shift the instractional method of the general training for teacher from the existing method to experiment or practicecentered training or the method of problem-solving discussion.
Sixtly, the credit system should be introduced into the general training system, where the out comes of teachers' training are converted into credits. so the general training system should be transformed into the teacher's personal system that exert an influence on promotion or a rise in salary by totaling credits in the general training system.
