중국 제조업의 수출입 의존도에 따른 공급사슬 통합이 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향 분석

Abstract

Companies can secure the ability to manage various risks through supply chain risk management. However, importers and exporters face more risks than domestic companies due to structural differences in the supply chain, including delays in delivery time due to geographical distance, variability and uncertainty in currency exchange rates, economic and political instability, and changes in the supervisory environment. In the end, the effect of supply chain risk management ability on robustness and elasticity may vary depending on the degree of import and export. However, research on robustness and elasticity according to supply chain risk management ability according to the degree of import and export has not yet been sufficiently studied. Therefore, this study aims to verify the moderating effect of import and export dependence on the relationship between supply chain risk management ability, robustness, and elasticity. Based on the data obtained by conducting a survey of Chinese manufacturers, an empirical analysis is conducted on the relationship between supply chain integration, supply chain risk management ability, robustness, elasticity, and supply chain performance using the PLS structural equation model. Based on the results of the study, we would like to propose measures to manage supply chain risk and improve supply chain performance according to the degree of import and export of companies.|기업은 공급사슬 리스크 관리를 통해 다양한 리스크를 관리할 수 있는 능력을 확보할 수 있다. 그러나 수입 및 수출기업은 공급사슬의 구조적 차이로 인해 내수 기업에 비해 더 많은 리스크에 직면하는데, 이들은 내수 기업이 갖는 리스크뿐만 아니라 지리적 거리로 인한 납품 시간의 지연, 화폐 환율의 가변성과 불확실성, 경제와 정치 불안정, 감독 환경의 변화 등 국제 공급사슬의 리스크도 갖는다. 결국, 공급사슬 리스크 관리능력이 강건성과 탄력성에 미치는 영향은 수입 및 수출 정도에 따라 서로 다를 수 있다. 그러나 아직까지 수입 및 수출 정도에 따른 공급사슬 리스크 관리능력에 따른 강건성과 탄력성에 관해 연구는 충분히 연구되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 수입 및 수출 의존도가 공급사슬 리스크 관리능력과 강건성, 탄력성 간에 관계에 미치는 조절 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 중국 제조업체를 대상으로 설문을 수행하여 확보한 데이터를 바탕으로 PLS 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 공급사슬 통합, 공급사슬 리스크 관리능력, 강건성, 탄력성, 그리고 공급사슬 성과의 관계에 대해 실증분석을 수행한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업의 수입 및 수출 정도에 따른 공급사슬 리스크 관리 및 공급사슬 성과 향상을 위한 방안을 제언하고자 한다.
