종합사회복지관 웹사이트 운영 개선 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study has three points. The first is to find out how the websites of general welfare facilities are administrated. The second is to point out current problems running those websites and to suggest counterplans for the problems, and the third is to find out the possiblity of general welfare facilities' websites administrated with unity for to better website administration. To accomplish this purpose, the researcher surveyed the website administrators of 96 general welfare facilities asking current administration situation of the websites and the possiblity of unifying administration of the websites to provide it as a counterplan to improve website administration. As the result, 57 samples out of 96 general welfare facilities in Seoul were collected. Questionnaires are consisted of 5 parts. 4 parts represent 4 major factors in the 'Website adminstration'which are about planning stage, building stage, maintenance stage and adrunistrator stage. These questionnaires are to evaluate current administration situation of the websites of the general welfare facilities. The last questionnaire is dedicated to ask about the possiblity of unified administration. The results of this study are followings : 1. At the planning stage, Administrator should spend more time on planning. Many general welfare facilities' websites showed mismatches of major users and the major target of main services from the websites. 2. At the building stage, Establish strategy for different users. Use database to find potential resources. 3. At the maintenance stage, Pay more attention to maintain web servers. Unified maintenance system can be a solution for more efficient management of the severs. 4. Administrator should, Strengthen actual technical training to the administrators. Training course should teach not only technical part but also practical know-hows that focus on the planning part and database. 5. Unifying the website administration of the general welfare facilities is recommended The opposition level for unified administration of the websites are not high. The result shows that many contents as well as some of functions in the websites can be run in a unified way.
