제과제빵교육서비스 품질이 교육생의 교육만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

Abstract

현재 제과제빵의 산업분야에서 요구 되어지고 있는 필요인력의 신속한 공급과 소비자욕구에 맞는 교육프로그램의 다양한운영이 필요 되어 지고 있으며, 현재 고도의 산업화, 정보화시대에 살면서 사회의 모든 분야에서직업이 다양해지고 전문화되며 또한 국제화 되어가면서 점차 국내외에서도 표준화 시스템을 만들고 국가시책으로도 보다 효율적인 제도와 규격을 통하여 또는 자격제도를 통하여 사회에서 실제 필요로 하는 산업인력들을 양성하고 있다. 산업기술경영의 교육과정에서도 괄목할 만한 성장을 보여왔으며, 그 덕분에 소비자의 기본적인 질적서비스 뿐만아니라 차별화된 고급서비스도 성황을 이루고 있다. 일부는 교육분야에서 다양 하고 전문적인 수업방식이 운영 되어지고 있으며 실제 현장에서 필요로 하는 직업교육과정이 실행함으로써 자기만족의 욕구충족과 실무에 응용할 수 있는 인재훈련을 출발하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구를 반영하여 정부에서도, "현장에서 필요한 지식, 기술, 태도를 산업별, 수준별로 정리하여 체계화함으로써 실무능력을 배양하고 직무에 바로 적용할 수 있는 능력”을 표준화한 국가직무능력표준을 도입 실무 능력교육향상을 치중해 정책이반을 하고 있다. 나아가 교육서비스품질, 교육만족의 연관성을 연구한 결과, 유형성, 확신성, 공감성, 신뢰성은 교육만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 그런 점에서, 수강생의 수업만족에 먼저의 순서 알아보고 이를 선 순환하는 것이 중요하다고 판단되고 있다. 다음으로 교육서비스품질과 행동의도와의 관계에서는 유형성, 확신성, 공감성, 신뢰성 등전체의 요소가 행동의도에 매우 영향을 미치는것으로 연구되었으며, 교육만족, 행동의도 간에 유의미한 작용을 하는것이 연구되었다 하지만, 교육서비스품질과 교육만족은 자아 성취감에 의해 차도가 있을것을 가설 예측하여 실증연구한 결과 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 연구하고자하는 자아성취감에 조절효과의 결과에 대해 예상과 다른 연구 분석을 보듯이 교육생의 자아실현과 수강생의 능력발휘 및 능력개발에 대한 만족도를 더욱 충족하기 위해 교육생을 지도하는 교사나 교육기관장님들의 노력이 더 필요하다고 보며, 더불어 전통적인 모든교육 환경의 질적향상과 다양한 교육프로그램이 개발되어져야 한다고 본 연구원은 생각한다.

Currently, various, specialized, and internationalized jobs in all areas of society are diversified, specialized, and standardized systems are gradually created at home and abroad, and industries are needed through the system of system and standards that are more efficient as national policies. It has shown remarkable growth in the curriculum of industrial technology management, and thanks to it, not only the basic quality service of consumers but also the differentiated high-end service is thriving. Some are operating diverse and professional teaching methods in the field of education, and starting with self-satisfaction and human resources training that can be applied to practice by implementing the vocational training courses that are required in the field. Reflecting these needs, the government also has half of NCS policy, focusing on the improvement of practical ability education, which standardizes "the ability to develop practical skills and apply them directly to tasks by organizing the knowledge, technology and attitude required in the field by industry and level." Furthermore, after studying the link between quality of education and satisfaction of education, it was found that tangibleity, certainty, empathy and reliability had a significant effect on satisfaction of education. In this regard, it is deemed important to identify the order in which students are satisfied with their classes first and to circulate them first. Next, in relation to the quality of education service and the degree of behavior, all factors such as tangibleity, certainty, empathy, reliability, etc. were studied to have a very strong influence on behavior, and they were studied to have a significant effect between education satisfaction and behavior. However, it was found that the quality of education and satisfaction of education did not have a significant impact after an empirical study based on the hypothesis that the self-fulfillment might lead to a change. Therefore, as shown by the anticipated and different research analyses on the results of the adjustment effect in the self-fulfillment of the study, we believe that more efforts are needed by teachers or heads of educational institutions who guide students to meet their satisfaction with self-realization, students' ability development, and, in addition, the qualitative orientation of all traditional educational environments and various education programs.[Keyword] Baking institutions, educational service quality, education satisfaction, behavior, self-adulgence.
