Abstract

In 1997, A Government and many companies in Korea had been got a big problem in Public Finance called IMF. A lot of works for companies had got into a panic that spined-off from IMF. The victims who kicked somebody out of their company were started business with little capital. after that, tradespeople had been on the increase in assign the highest marks in 2002. However, there were also problem. It was that a lot of small retailers were going out of business.

This study have consequently been done a study on inception depending on decision made by the Real Estate factors. The factors of the study are the following.

1. Characteristics of the Business Items 2. Characteristics of the Real estates 3. Characteristics of the Tradespeople
