스마트팩토리 원격협업 플랫폼 및 AR 기술 적용에 관한 연구

Abstract

4차 산업혁명 핵심 요소 기술의 하나인 AR은 VR의 한 분야로 실제 일상 환경에 가상 사물이나 텍스트 문자, 그래픽 2D/3D를 정합하여 기존의 일상 환경에 존재하는 사물처럼 보여주는 컴퓨터 그래픽 기법의 하나이다. AR 기술은 원격의료진단, 방송, 건축설계, 관광산업, 안전 관리, 교육 분야, 제조공정관리 등 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있으며, 기계장치·설비 유지 보수 산업에도 AR 기술을 적용한 원격협업이 활용되고 있다. 스마트팩토리 시스템 도입 수준이 점차 고도화됨에 따라, 제조 현장은 사람 중심의 생산과 관리 시스템에서 점진적으로 사람보다 기계장치·설비 시스템의 의존도가 높아지고 있다. 기계장치·설비 고장 시 현장에서 즉시 수리하지 못하면 생산성에 막대한 지장을 초래한다. 따라서 기계장치·설비 고장 시 현장에서 작업자가 즉시 수리할 수 있는 방안으로 기구축한 스마트팩토리 시스템인 ERP, MES/POP, PLM, TPM 데이터베이스와 연동하여 현장에서 즉시 기계장치·설비의 이상 유무를 신속하게 진단하고 수리할 수 있는 방안이 요구된다. 스마트팩토리는 도입하려는 기업에 따라 구축 수준 1단계에서 5단계까지 다양한 형태의 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 시스템마다 활용하는 정보가 달라, 현장 작업자가 기계장치·설비를 현장에서 필요로 하는 정보를 통합하여 실시간으로 간단하게 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구는 스마트팩토리 시스템 구축 기업에서 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 SF·RCCMS 원격협업 플랫폼의 기본적 개념과 기 구축되어있는 ERP, MES/POP, PLM, TPM 시스템, 기계장치·설비 제조 공급사 Open API 시스템 등과 연동하여, AR 기술을 적용한 원격협업 플랫폼을 통해 기계장치·설비를 수리하고 유지 보수할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 원격협업의 범위로 스마트팩토리 수준 중간 1단계 이상 구축되어있는 제조 현장에서 실시간 현장 영상, 음성, 텍스트 및 사용자 생체정보와 감성정보를 공유하여 원격협업한다. 원격협업 서비스로 현장 작업자와 원격협업 시스템 전문가에 활용되는 정보에 따라 설비정보 검색 서비스, 고장진단 서비스, 자체 수리지원 서비스, 생산정보 검색 서비스, 설비상태 모니터링 서비스, 사용자 정보 서비스로 분류하였다. 연구 내용으로 원격협업 플랫폼 구조를 AR Application, SF·RCCMS 플랫폼, Smart Factory Application Software로 분류하였다. AR Application은 AR 기술을 적용하여 하드웨어로 출력하는 부문이고, SF·RCCMS 플랫폼은 ERP, MES/POP, PLM, TPM 시스템, 기계장치·설비 제조 공급사 Open API 시스템 데이터베이스에서 데이터를 수집 및 편집, 관리, 분석하여 출판 배포하는 영역으로 분류하였다. Smart Factory Application Software는 정형 데이터, 비정형 데이터로 분류했으며, 본 연구에서는 정형 데이터인 스마트팩토리 시스템 ERP, MES/POP 시스템과 연동하여 플랫폼을 구현하였다. SF·RCCMS 플랫폼 기능 검증을 위해 현장 작업자와 원격협업 시스템 전문가의 상황별 시나리오를 설비정보 검색 서비스, 설비상태 모니터링 서비스를 개발하여 구현하였고, SF·RCCMS 관리자의 기초정보관리, 사용자 접속 정보, 도면등록, 분류코드 등록, 그룹 등록, 권한등록, 콘텐츠 분석 정보관리를 구현하였다. 또한 AR 기술을 적용한 시스템을 개발하여 기계장치·설비를 신속하게 수리하고 유지 보수하여 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 성과로 스마트팩토리 시스템과 AR 원격협업 기술을 융합한 SF·RCCMS 플랫폼이라는 점에서 향후 스마트팩토리 시스템 통합과 표준화에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대되며, 스마트팩토리뿐만 아니라 교육, 컨설팅, 건설, 스포츠, 문화콘텐츠, 국방, 재난 안전 관련 산업에 적용할 수 있을 것이라 기대할 수 있으며, 2D·3D 제작과 AR 콘텐츠 그래픽 작업을 최소화하고, AI를 통한 정보 활용과 챗봇 기능을 활용한 서비스 기능 등 시스템 운영 관리에 대한 다양한 정보 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.|AR, one of the key elements of the fourth industrial revolution, is one of VR's computer graphics techniques that show virtual objects, text characters, and graphics 2D/3D in real life environments and present them as objects in existing everyday environments. As the level of introduction of smart factory system gradually becomes more and more advanced, manufacturing sites are gradually increasingly dependent on machinery and equipment systems for people-centered production and management systems. Failure to immediately repair the machine or equipment in the event of a failure will result in great productivity problems. Therefore, it is possible to promptly repair the equipment in case of malfunction of the machinery/ equipment, and it is possible to promptly check whether there is an abnormality in the machinery/ equipment immediately on the field by linking with the ERP, MES/POP, PLM and TPM database It is necessary to make a diagnosis and repair. Smart Factory introduces various types of systems from level 1 to level 5 according to the company to be introduced. Different systems use different information, so a field worker needs a system that can integrate the information needed on the site in a simple and real-time manner. This research works with the basic concepts of SF·RCCMS remote collaboration platform and ERP, MES/POP, PLM, TPM system, machinery/ equipment manufacturer Open API system etc. Therefore, we proposed a way to repair and maintain the machinery and equipment through the remote collaborative platform using AR technology. Remote collaboration by real-time on-site video, voice, text, user biometric information and emotional information are shared in a manufacturing factory that has a middle level of the smart factory as the scope of remote collaboration. As a remote collaboration service, it was categorized as facility information search service, fault diagnosis service, self repair support service, production information search service, facility condition monitoring service, and user information service, according to the information utilized by the field worker and the remote collaboration system expert. Remote collaboration platform structure is classified as AR Application, SF·RCCMS Platform and Smart Factory Application Software. The SF· RCCMS platform collects, edits, and manages data in the Open API system database of ERP, MES/POP, PLM, TPM system, Analysis and publishing. Smart Factory Application Software is divided into regular data and unstructured data. In this study, the platform is implemented by linking with smart factory system ERP and MES/POP system. In order to verify the SF·RCCMS platform function, the scenario information of field worker and remote collaboration system specialist was developed and implemented, and the facility information retrieval service and facility condition monitoring service were developed and implemented. Basic information management of SF·RCCMS manager, Classification code registration, group registration, authority registration, and content analysis information management. In addition, we have developed a system using AR technology and confirmed that it is possible to save time and money by repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment quickly. As a result of this research, it is expected that it will contribute to the integration and standardization of smart factory system in the future because it is a SF·RCCMS platform that combines smart factory system and AR remote collaboration technology. In addition to smart factory, education, consulting, Cultural contents, national defense, and disaster safety related industries. It can minimize 2D/3D production and AR content graphics work, and it can be applied to system operation management such as information function through AI and service function utilizing chatbot function. It is expected that various information can be utilized.
