Abstract

There have been little fruits in the-South and North high level talks in spite of the effort to settle the peace, cooperate the exchange and agree mutual non - aggression. Our concern is not whether the North would open the door for democracy along with the world trend of thimes or insist on the isolation and closed society but how they be opened. The final purpose of this study is to predict the south-North unification bassed on the character of the North Korean regime. In the 2nd chapter of this study. To establish the standard of the change of North Korea, We studied the examples how Russia and china have drived the policies of opening the doors by the unique way of separating the politics and economics, and the changes in the eastern socialist countries. By chosing the unique style of the change in which they pursued the economic reform of opening doors but disregared the political reformation this China invited the incident of Chunanmoon on the other hand in the 3rd chapter, the unique system of North Korean regime has been studied before analying the present situations of the North. The actual facing problems of the North Korean regime of totalitarianist are the establishment of the sustem of father and sonheredity and the recovery of the stagnated economy. the problems the North Korean regime has facted in the process of establishing the inheritor system are ; 1) the unrest of the estranged and purged powers and the discord between the new and old powers. 2) The troubles between the military powers and the 3 revolutionary small groups and the discontent of the military side. 3) The discord between the practical bureaucrats and the other bureaucratic ideology. 4) The people's discontentment against the oppression of the powers of the vested rights. The above problems have been indicated. Based on the study of the practical North Korea The followings are pointed out ; 1) Generalize the course of Socialism system change. 2) Analyze the cause of discord and obedience in case of North Korea change. 3) Predict the possible future change in the North. The North Korea shall inevitably open the door in the view of economic situations and the political circumstance shall be the cause of discord in the change. Therefore they will pursue to be settled economically by inviting the mareting priciples while on the other hand strengthen the political ideology through the idelogical education and mobilination ofter solidifying the system of a successor. They have to progress the economic growth by opening the door and the same time The disclosed ingormations and awakined sense of the inhabitant in the North shall be the potential causes of the system change. This study is to predict the time of the change of the system of the North Korea ruling powers also analyze the system change, indicate the problems for coming unification of the South and North. To indicate these problems of the North Korea system various results of the study on the change shall be accummulated and running after such efforts will be subject of the scholars who study it.
