Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of real estate mediation in korea, to identify possible problems and a distinction of active real estate mediation, and to ultimately suggest several useful development methode. therefore the improvement methods of real estate mediation are presented as follows; the first methode is to conquest local distribution of member store. first of all, the local must charge for a membership fee by month and a rate to joining less expenses of the Capital area, because trade or infomation exchange of the Capital area is active compared with the local. in addition, in oder to estabish the association or group or other center to support in each local , it is necessarily recognition of local particularity. In the light of above the mentioned situation, this thesis will comprehensively asses the state of domestic real-estate brokerage and fully analyze the current problems future areas for improvement and investigate possible countermeasure to solving these possible.
