- 우리나라는 급격한 경제 성장과 의료발달로 인해 기대수명이 늘어나면서 빠르게 고령화가 진행되고 있다. 고령화에 따른 은퇴 후 삶이 중요해지면서 2010년부터 은퇴를 시작한 베이비붐세대의 이주계획을 연구하여 향후 은퇴주택에 선호요인과 수요를 예측하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
