무용 작품「SHIP」에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 삶을 살아가며 다양하게 맺어지는 관계들이 우리의 삶에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구와 분석이다. 사람은 태어나는 순간부터 다양한 관계(relationship)를 맺는다. “관계는 내가 아닌 다른 ‘너’가 존재해야만 가능하다. 이 모든 관계는 ‘너’로 인해 시작된다. ‘너’는 나와 관계를 맺을 수 있는 세상의 모든 존재다.” 사실 '너'로부터 완전히 독립한 '나'라는 것은 존재할 수 없다. 따라서 나는 관계 맺음의 중요성을 인지하고, 나를 둘러싼 주위의 모든 것들과 관계를 맺어가며 점차 변화되어지는 나를 표현하고자 한다. 총 4장으로 구성된 이 작품은 ‘줄’에 영감을 받아 인간관계 속에서 다양하게 얽혀있는 그물망 같은 관계의 이미지를 시각화하는데 초점을 두었으며, 한국적인 호흡과 오브제을 사용하여 표현적인 움직임에 초점을 두었다. 작품의 내용을 효과적으로 전달하기 위해 두 무용수의 움직임에 질감을 구분하였고, 무대의 공간 구성과 움직임, 이미지, 오브제로 나누어 작품을 분석하였다. 본 연구과정을 통하여 사람이 사람에게 미치는 영향들과 그로 인해 나타나는 반응에 대해 표현함으로써 관계란 무엇이며, 우리가 초점을 맞추어 나가야할 관계들은 어떠한 것들이 있는지에 대해 말하고자 하였다. 본 연구자의 작품「SHIP」을 통해 우리가 인지하지 못함에도 불구하고 누군가와 연결되어있음을, 그로인해 관계를 맺는 이들에게 따뜻함과 애정을 느낄 수 있게 되기를 소망해 본다.|This paper is a study and analysis of how various relationships between birth and death affect our lives. From the moment of birth, we start to make all kinds of connections called relationship. "A relationship can only be possible not just by myself but with ‘you.’ All of these relationships start with 'you'. ‘You’ represent all the beings of the world that can relate to me.” In fact, there is no 'I' who is completely independent of 'you'. Therefore, I recognize the importance of relationship and try to express myself that changing with every relationship around me. This work, which consists of four chapters, is focused on visualizing the image of the various relationships that we have in our lives, inspired by 'line'. First, I try to make my point by using Korean breathing and objet which can emphasize a expressive movement, and divided dancers into two parts to express the content of the performance effectively, lastly, analyzed the composition of the stage, movements, image, and objet. Through this study, I tried to express what is true relationship and what relationships we should focus on by showing stability, independence, and the impact of people on people and their reaction. Through the work 「SHIP」 made of my thoughts and experiences, I hope that the viewers would feel the relationship that connected with other people that we didn't realize yet. And I hope they can feel new eyes on people and feel warmth and affection for those who have relationships.
