무용 작품 「I AM」에 관한 연구

Abstract

The Analysis of dance work「I AM」based on Friedrich Nietzsche as a motif and work「I AM」reference was made to Friedrich Nietzsche's 3 of human mental change. This thesis is a work that expresses the process of becoming an overman. We are currently living in infinite competition in a rapidly changing world. I felt that speed and competition were being forced and thinks that individuals themselves should not lose their human nature. Therefore, i researched and created this work to remind many people of this, hoping to be an individual who can slow down the pace of life and look back on oneself. Friedrich Nietzsche compared the overman as a child in the 3 of human mental change and expressed that overman as a person who enjoys life through affirmation. I reflected Friedrich Nietzsche's 3 of human mental change spirit in the appearance of human life also created a process in which humans accept and strive for their natural form. It is work「I AM」about the process of humans accepting and striving for themselves Human beings overcome all difficulties and expressed acceptance of themselves. In the work「I AM」, the real overman is not a special being, but a child like pure person and the person who can look back was designated as Overman. The audience can ask themselves at what step they are. This researched it hoping that it would be a time for the audience to think about themselves. Nietzsche's philosophy is well known for being difficult to understand. Therefore, this composed performance work is designed to make it easy to understand Nietzsche's philosophy. The habits and movements of camels and lions were investigated to infer conclusions and images that are best suited to the work. I focused on transferring the message of the work by substituting a subjective opinion with Friedrich Nietzsche's 3 of human mental change as a motif. Chapter 1 The subject and contents of the work were imaged using the body and props of the dancer. In chapter 2, the subject and content of the work are clearly expressed in the language of movement. Chapter 3 is the conclusion of this work, and the image of the overman that this researcher wants to convey is expressed. In a rapidly changing society, many people have recognized the lives of people who cannot afford to and have to constantly compete. Through this work, the researcher hopes to slow down the pace of life for a while and become a person who can reflect on oneself in a competitive society. I wanted to remind us that what is more important than the outside should start from the inside mind of the human being. So researched and created, hoping that many people will have time to think about themselves through the process of trying to become an overman. Through the process of human beings trying to become an overman, Researched in the hope that many people will have time to think about themselves. | 본 논문은 프리드리히 니체의 인간정신변화 3단계를 모티브로 인간이 초인이 되어가는 과정을 표현한 작품 「I AM」을 연구, 분석한 논문이다. 현재 우리는 빠르게 변화하는 세상에 살고 있으며, 무한 경쟁 시대에서 자신의 의지와는 관계없이 빠름과 경쟁을 강요당하고 있다는 것을 인식 하였다. 본 연구자는 이런 시대일수록 개인 스스로가 인간 본연의 모습을 잃지 말아야 한다는 것과 그러려면 우리가 잠시 삶의 속도를 늦추어 자신을 돌아볼 수 있는 사람이 되어야 한다는 것을 많은 이들에게 상기시키기 위해 이 작품을 연구 창작하였다. 프리드리히 니체는 [인간정신의 변화 3단계]에서 초인을 어린아이의 모습에 비유하며 끊임없는 긍정을 통하여 삶을 즐기는 인물이라고 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구자는 니체의 인간정신의 변화 3단계를 인간의 삶의 모습에 대입하여 짐을 짊어지고 그것을 벗어내며 있는 그대로의 나를 받아드리려고 노력하는 과정을 담은 작품 「I AM」으로 창작하였다. 작품「I AM」에서 진정한 초인은 특별한 존재가 아니라 삶을 살아가면서 어린아이처럼 순수함을 잃지 않으려고 노력하는 사람이며, 자기 자신을 돌아 볼 수 있는 사람을 초인으로 설정하였다. 작품「I AM」은 관객들 스스로 자신은 어느 단계에 있는지 자문할 수 있고, 관객 스스로 고민하고 생각 할 수 있는 시간이 되길 바라며 연구 창작하였다. 니체의 철학은 이해하기 어려운 철학 중 하나로 잘 알려져 있다. 그 철학을 이해하기 쉽게 또 공연 창작물로써 쉽게 접근 할 수 있도록 작품을 구성하는데 초점을 맞추었으며, 낙타와 사자의 형태, 습성, 움직임 등을 연구하고 작품에 가장 적합한 움직임들과 이미지들을 도출하여 니체의 인간정신변화 3단계를 모티브로 본 연구자의 주관적 견해를 대입하여 작품의 메시지를 전달하는데 집중하였다. 1장에서는 무용수의 몸과 소품을 이용하여 작품의 주제 및 내용이 잘 드러날 수 있도록 이미지화 하고, 2장에서는 춤 움직임 언어로써 작품의 흐름과 주제 및 내용을 더욱 명확하게 하는 움직임언어로, 3장에서는 이 작품의 결론으로 본 연구자가 관객들에게 말하고자 하는 초인의 이미지를 표현하려고 하였다. 시대가 빠르게 변화하고 있는 이 시대에서 마음의 여유 없이 끝없는 경쟁을 해야만 하는 현대인들의 삶을 인식하였고, 이 작품을 통해 본 연구자는 무한경쟁 시대에서도 한 순간이라도 잠시 삶의 속도를 늦추어 자신을 되돌아 볼 수 있는 사람이길 희망하며 프리드리히 니체의 인간정신변화 3단계를 통해 전달하고자 하였다. 세상 혹은 사회에서 요구하는 많은 외적인 것들 보다 중요한 것은 인간 자신 내면에서부터 출발해야 한다는 점을 다시 한 번 상기 시키고 싶었으며, 인간이 초인이 되기 위하여 노력하는 과정을 통해 현 시대의 많은 사람들이 자기 자신에 대해 사유할 수 있는 시간을 갖길 바라며 이 논문을 연구 창작하였다.
