老人綜合福祉館의 家庭奉仕員派遣事業의 活性化 方案 硏究

Abstract

This study focused on general welfare facility for the aged which is frequently used by various types of the oldman and examined the users' desire for welfare about dispatch service of home attendants. And the object of this study is to evaluate their satisfaction and try to find the ways of the better service program of home attendant to supply more comfortable life for the aged. The statistics of this study was processed through frequency analysis and T-TEST, using SPSSWIN 9.0 program. The result is as follows. They mostly desired financial support and medical and nursing service. About 50% of the aged had an experience of taking each service but their satisfaction was very low except for delivery service of sidedish and haircutting service. The result of this study is as follows. First, most sample group of this study is single oldman. Secondly, the aged suffer from financial difficulties. Thirdly, the types of their house are mostly rent. Fourthly, they recognize their bad health condition themselves. Fifthly, necessary services for the aged are not supplied enough while unnecessary services are given. Sixthly, the development of related program is not sufficient. The improvement is as follows accordingly: we can 1. practice group home system 2. practice the program of security for income 3. support residence for poor people preferentially 4. link up with visiting nursing service system or develop home attendants who specialize in care activity for nursing & medical services. 5. develop the healthcare service and financial support which the aged need most. 6. improve unnecessary welfare program. Besides, to develop the program of home attendant dispatch business based on welfare idea such as precaution, improvement and development. 1. introduce social insurance system which is a kind of care insurance system in Japan. 2. establish safety service for emergency. 3. establish network for public health, medical and welfare system in region. 4. practice rehabilitation service. 5. practice lending system of such welfare instruments as sitting toilet bowl, diaper, wheelchair and airintaking bathing tool for uncomfortable oldman.
