Abstract

In modern society there appeared the growing phenomenon of the elderly group prominently and through the participation of the aged in a leasure project, not only the elevation of physical strength, health preservation and increase, the prevention of disease, the betterment of a living quality in the dimension of welfare, sound leasure activity and cultivating personal creativity but also as the old ages individualized and estranged through the leasures have mutual understanding and exchange one another intimately, diverse functions- for examples healthy community culture and recovery and so on come out to be accomplished. therefore, to fulfill various leasure desire of senescence, the old age, sex, educational standards, economic level, overall health condition, taste and so on are considered in the view of population-socialogical characteristics and manyfold programs are improved, for instance- the programs that induced the old age's taste, concurrently added culture old age'nd journey, culture, physical exercise, volunteering activities- these unified generation programs that could at ine old people's leasure activities in the concrete are douanded and through the efforltuby old people themselnes and governmental financial supporl, specialisltuin arranging the leasure for the aged should be trained. welfare institution for the aged should be set up more than at least one in accordance with local government; city, county, district. likewise, revising the building law that is obligated to set up a hall for the elderly people, the numbers of a hall for the aged should be settled conforming to the stern realities and be ensured to choose substance as amalgamated the existing halls for the aged, at a time, exhibiting more special quality than the present time should be converted the hall for the aged into the welfare center of the aged that is measured off the regular standard by upcoming direction for development of a hall for the aged. moreover, with satisfying the elderly people's desire a hall for the aged should be come into the hall of a detached house performing a role of close friendship so as to be formed model of the aged. through the sufficient financial aid about old person's schoolroom, old people's facilities should be reinforced, and educational contents and lecturer's professionalism should get accomplished. Consequently in Korea, sustainable aid of governmental finance and policy for improvement of spare time and practicability, development of recreational program, expansion of old people's participant opportunities for social activities, development of recreational program, expansion of old people's participant opportunities for social activities and decisive improvement of current senior welfare systems should be realized urgently. so, in this study, for the revitalization of the old people's past times satisfying diverse desires of age bracket is demanded due to the private-public cooperative planning. age of old people, sex, educational standard, economic level, overall health condition, taste and so on are considered in the view of population-sociological trait and attempted to create culture of leasure for the aged. Preventing and preserving old people's health, increasing social unity and elevating the degree of old people's living satisfaction and life quality-these factors are thought to be major countermeasures against aging society.
