宮中飮食의 色彩 이미지 分析에 관한 硏究

Abstract

본 연구는 宮中 飮食과 韓食器에 대한 色彩 이미지 분석과 色彩 언어 이미지 분석을 하고 이에 따른 色彩와 언어 이미지를 정량화된 측정치로 제시할 수 있는 감성공학적 접근 방법으로 분석해 보았다. 宮中 飮食은 우리 전통을 대표할 수 있는 飮食으로, 宮中 요리에 나타나 있는 色彩는 한민족의 飮食 文化에 드러나는 色彩를 대표한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 宮中 飮食을 그 대상으로 삼아 宮中 飮食에 나타난 色彩와 우리의 전통 色彩와 色彩 감정과 어떤 관계가 있는지 살펴보고, 宮中 飮食에 나타난 色彩와 현재 생산되는 韓食器의 色彩를 감성 공학의 시각적 분석 방법에 의해 色彩 이미지 스케일과 色彩 언어 이미지 스케일로 도표화 해 보았다. 그 결과 나타난 분석은 다음과 같다. ① 宮中 飮食은 R(적색), YR(주황색), Y(황색), GY(연두색), G(녹색), W(백색), S(흑색) 등의 여러 색상을 보이며, 宮中 飮食은 또한 섬세하고 우아하며 세련된 이미지를 보였다. 톤(Tone)에 있어서의 色彩 이미지는 色彩 언어 이미지에서 크게 벗어나지 않았다. ② 宮中 飮食에서 고명과 신선로, 구절판, 화양적 등에 쓰인 五方色(R, G, Y, W, S)은 한민족만이 가진 특유의 것으로 飮食에 액센트를 주고, 미각과 시각을 돋우는 역할을 하였다. ③ 韓食器의 色彩를 보면 R(적색), Y(황색), RP(자주색), G(녹색), B(파랑색) 등과 무채색으로 나타났다. 色彩 언어 이미지 스케일에서는 S/H축에서 Cool쪽으로 길게 분포되어 있다. 이러한 韓食器의 色彩를 보면 전통적인 실용자기에서는 고려 처자, 이조백자, 질그릇, 옹기의 색상에서 크게 벗어나지 않았으나, 도자기 회사에서 대량으로 생산되는 생활자기에서는 여러 가지 색상의 다양한 시도들이 보여지고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 그 동안 우리나라 宮中飮食과 그 韓食器에 대해 막연하게 생각했던 이미지에 대하여 객관적이며 정량화된 기준의 척도치를 마련해 주는 것이다. 이러한 분석 결과가 宮中飮食과 연결되는 모든 디자인적 요소 즉 음식과 식탁, 음식과 식기의 어울림이라든지 실내의 분위기 등을 연출하는데 응용될 수 있을 것이다.|This research is about analyzing color image and color trend image of Korean royal cuisine and Korean dishware and using Human Sensibility Measurement Technology to analyze color image and color trend image. Royal cuisine can represent our traditions and the colors used in the royal cuisine can represent the colors used in Korean cuisine. So, in this research I used royal cuisine to find the link between colors·used in royal cuisine and our traditional colors and also the link with the feelings that colors give. And I observed colors used in royal cuisine and colors used in dishes that were made recently. With this information I made a chart on color image scale and color trend image scale using Human Sensibility Measurement Technology. The result is as follows, 1. Royal cuisine is made up of Red, Yellow, Green, YellowRed, GreenYellow, White, Black and many other colors. Royal cuisine also have a delicate, elegant, refined image. As in tone, color image is very close to color trend image. crafts) which includes Red, Green, Yellow, White Black is used in royal cuisine like gomyung, goojulpan, hwayungsuck and etc. Obang colors stimulates the sense of taste and the sense of sight. 3. If you see the colors of the Korean traditional dishware, achromatic colors and Y, R, RP, G, B, and etc. are used. In the color trend image scale of Korean dishware the colors are on tile Cool side of the S/H axis. These colors of Korean traditional style dishware which were made recently are very close to Koryochungja, Easobaekja, clayware, and Onggy. But in present industrial pottery making new colors are being used. The conclusion made above made an objective standard on Korean cuisine and dishware. This contusion can be practically applied in fields like interior designing, table coordination and etc. which are related to royal cuisine.
