國民學校 主任敎師의 役割葛藤에 관한 硏究

Abstract
This study was as carried out to collect data for the solution of conflicts and formation of the more desirable human relation in the life of school organization by investigation and analyzing all the aspects on the conflicts role and human relation of chief teacher in the Elementary School. The questionraires distributed to the subjcts and then withdrawn, were measured by means of t-test,analysis of variable(ANOVA) and chi- square( x²-test).
As a result,the following conclusion was drawn.
1st, Assistance role of chief teacher.
The chief teachers provide new idea and creative project to school administration sufficiently, but they have little influence on decision of opinion and establishment of educational project.
2nd, Guidance and advice role of the chief teacher.
The chief teachers are active in planning and performing various training plan, whereas special chief teachers can not guide and advise about business to other teachers who are in the same place with them, like wise the grade chief teacher did so.
3rd, Contact and mediation role of the chief teacher.
The chief teacher Should carry communicative role as a intermediate status between school administration and teachers. but they are unable to carry out the role which collect the teacher's opinion sufficiently.
4th, The role about propulsion of business plan.
Actuaally, the role which the chief teacher lays emphasis on is propulsion of business plan.
5th, control role of the chief teacher.
We can find the limitation of controlling fields and the conflicts which is caused by serious lack of assistance from teachers, in performing of this role.
6th, The role about formation of personal relation.
The relation between the chief teacher and the school administration is comparatively harmonious, but, for chief teacher, there is conflict caused by promotion order. and between chief one and teachers, there is conflict caused by neglecting propulsion of business and formation of faction internationally.
7th, Role conflict of each section.
For grade chief teacher, there are many conflict caused by emotional strife of their companion trachers, excessive school events and lack of propulsion of guidance or advice role about other teachers.
general chief teacher also have conflict caused by performing duties which do not correspond wick their character and aptitude, lack of estimate, unclearness of business sphere between other sections.
8th, Role perception and role expectation of the chief teacher.
The role which the chief teacher actually emphasizes on is a role about propulsion of business project. the role which they propules idealistically is the role about formation of personal relation. the item which shows great order chang between actual role and ireal-typed role of the chief teacheris the role about formation of personal relation. the control role is the lowest rank.
According to these results, I present as follows;
1st, The responsibility of chief teacher and limitation of duties should be provided clearly.
2nd, Succeeding study which presents chief teacher's conflict about systematic problems like promotion, pay, and guarantee of portion is needed.
3rd, The oppprtunity of participating the various training should be extended in order to approving quality and specialty ofchief teacher.
