敎員이 知覺한 學校長의 指導性 行態에 관한 硏究
- Abstract
- The purposes of this study observe the behavior and attitude of principal's ledership, verifying the difference of teacher's background and gropeing a new principal image during reform period.
The data of questionaire were analysed by t-test and ANOVA. From the results, I deduced the results.
First, of the results that verified preference by type, among five sections the harmony type of leadership of principal gains a high point relatively. The ideal type of leadership and the task type of leadership are far above the average, and the democratic type of leadership also gains a high preference.
The self-righteous type of leadership is a reverse correlation. It was shown that a affirmative mark is far below the average.
Second, the results which verified the opinion difference of leadership of principal againsts the background variable factor of teacher were as follows; It was shown that
① The male teacher gained more a high mark than the female teacher. There was no connected with the low variation of leadership of principal by teacher's sex.
② The vice-principal teacher gained more a high mark than teacher by teacher's position.
③ The more the teacher's career is, the higher the point is.
④ The opinion by teacher's class equaled the variable factor of leadership of principal.
Third, a new principal image meeting during reform period are two types; The preference type of leadership and the dislike type of leadership.
And, from the types I deduce conclude.
The ideal type of ledership is a man of pure heart, an able specialist and a cooperator who helps a follower's promotion.
The harmony type of ledership is a man of having humanity.
The democratic type of ledership is a rational manager who sharing with his follows and opening the operation of the school budget.
The task type of ledership is an able man, an specialist, a progressive and will man.
